This historic, Victorian vacation rental home offers incredible views of the Columbia River and the gorge scenery while providing a nostalgic journey back in time at this charming turn of the century home!
The Mosier House was built in 1904 by Jefferson Newton Mosier, who plotted the town of Mosier just east of the Cascade Mountain Range on the Columbia River. In the late 1980's, the owners began a long and careful restoration of the house which had been exposed to years of neglect. Through research, salvage and a great deal of work, they were able to match, and hopefully surpass, the charm and integrity of an era when time was spent on... the details. Today, this elegant and spacious Victorian vacation rental home sits amidst gardens, a creek and a pond in a town of 350 residents while maintaining a close proximity to all of the action of Hood River and the activities in the Gorge National Scenic Area.
As you walk up to this awe-inspiring vacation rental, you are greeted with a wrap around porch that has stunning views across the river.
