Located in the central residential area of town on a security estate (Mossel Bay Golf Estate) with beautiful views of the sea and mountains. Small game (springbuck) and many bier species wander all over the estate. Within easy reach of the beaches and the R102 highway. Safe off- street parking is available, Golf club house with a good restaurant is 250 metres away. Tranquill environment.

The rate displayed is per person per day. For only 2 guests in the apartment the rate will be slightly higher. The pppd rate depends on the number of guests in the unit. Guests will always have the whole 2 ensuite bedroom apartment all to themselves. Enquire for the applicable rate.
10 December to 10 January (peak season) the rate is higher, R1200 per day for the apartment irrespective of the number of guests (maximum of 4 guests). Enquire for applicable rate. Monthly rates will be less. A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking.

This apartment was our best stay in South africa. Lovely, beautiful, comfortable, spacious...everything that we wanted and more. The best part though was Mrs.Almerie and Koos.
They are the perfect hosts. They made us feel comfortable, they helped us with deciding our stay and places to visit and were genuinely interested in what we had done, seen and felt. It felt nice to come home and talk to someone who wanted to know about our day!
We wish we could have stayed there longer! 3 days in not enough to enjoy the beauty of the place and the generosity of the couple!

The apartment was everything described and more. The apartment was spacious, luxuriously appointed, clean and bright.This is a five star accommodation in my opinion. The kitchen was modern and well equipped. The apartment is nicely designed. The deck off the living room affords an expansive view of the golf course and Bay. What a serene and beautiful setting with a view that is unforgettable.
At first the idea of an apartment on the second floor of a home in a gated community made me think that the home would be isolated and difficult to find and get to. Nothing could be farther from the truth. The directions from the host were excellent, the house is centrally located within easy driving distance of many attractions. I can't say enough about how hospitable the host was. She was solicitous and forthcoming with lots of helpful information and useful ideas about what to do in the area even on a rainy day. She was kind and gracious but was not at all intrusive. The weather was unusually cold and rainy during our stay but pleasantness of the home and graciousness of the host compensated for that. This home is a great find. It is a fantastic place to stay. I highly recommend it and look forward to staying there the next time I am in the area. -

Myself and my Wife recently stayed over for one night at this awesome self catering apartment, which they can actually call an up-market establishment. The rooms, kitchen, bath rooms, lounge area, everything in it’s place with a stunning view of the 1st green. Our Host made us feel so welcome, and for that matter special. The Golf Course is so well maintained and you can view the ocean from every T. The wild life adds that “something” extra whiles playing, and what an amazing welcome to relax in splendor after a round of golf in the luxurious apartment. Please if you can, make this a stop over or rent it for as long as your budget allows!! It is in close proximity to the town and local beaches and is worth every hard earned cent.

Hazel: We had a trip in Garden Route in July, and stayed at Fairways Luxury apartment for one night. Here is the most comfortable and wonderful place than others during our trip!! The hostess almerie is very friendly and cute. We certainly will go there in the futuer again and we absolutely recommend it to our friends.
Philip: We wowed when we arrived and almerie took us upstairs. The king size bed and the bathroom are quite exclusive. This is definitely more than five star accommodation ! Thanks again for the hospitality of almerie and family. -

When I searched the Internet for accommodation for the weekend of 4-6 June 2010, I stumbled upon Fairways Luxury apartment. Since calling almerie Fourie I have not looked back once. She, together with her husband is professional, yet very open, relaxed and friendly. The apartment caters for all your needs and more. It is modern, expensively decorated, clean and all the little things one would not imagine to find there is in place. The apartment is very private and you have easy and safe access. The views are absolutely breathtaking - from the golf course to the flora and fauna. And tee off is literally on your doorstep. One is awaken by the fresh sea breeze every morning. The fact that my niece enjoyed the stay and could wander around the estate safely was just another bonus. There is a variety of shops close by and the fact that Mossel Bay is central to other wonderful site seeing experiences, I will make use of Fairways again.
I will reccommend Fairways Luxury apartment to all. -

The trip was lovely and the hosts were excellent. As the reason for our visit was my hubbys birthday, Mrs. Fourie and her husband went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable and was short of absolutely nothing. I will definitely stay there again is I'm ever in Mossel Bay again and hope to return with my family someday as Fairways adds that little bit extra hospitality that is always appreciated and enjoyed.

Almerie Fourie is extremely professional and efficient concerning her "guest unit". Its well - equiped with all the comfort and necessities that make your stay that much more enjoyable. Its also always very hygienic and clean which is very important to me. Its situated a a golf resort so the view is lovely...
