Villa Oliva is situated in the green heart of Istria, in a peaceful village near beautiful Motovun. It is an ideal starting point for trips in the inside of the peninsula or to the 20 km distant coast. Old towns like Porec, Rovinj, Pazin, Motovun, Grožnjan and Buzet are 5 to 20 km away.

The house can accommodate 6 people and there is an extra bed for 2 more people. It is suitable for one or even two families coming to relax in the countryside. It's surroundings offer a lot of possibilities for sport and recreation, cultural and historical experiences, enjoying various festivals and events ( especially during summer season ), tasting d...elicious Istrian meals and drinks as well as wellness and spa features close by and much more.

Villa Oliva has a surface of 135 m², it is surrounded with dense and wild nature of more than 800 m², and has a parking lot for 4 vehicles.It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living room with fireplace, two fully equipped kitchens and 3 beautiful terraces. One of them offers you an unforgettable view on the sunrise behind the tame hills. It has a wooden set of sitting furniture that invites all the guests to spend time in the fresh air. Villa Oliva has a traditional Istrian tavern with a big fireplace which makes an ideal place for tasting home made dishes and wines in good company by the fire.

The host will welcome you to Villa Oliva and provide you all the information you need about the house as well as it's surroundings. We like to suggest to our guests where to go and what to do. All the guests are welcomed with a little something to remember Istria by, such as traditional homemade Istrian products.

Your pets are welcomed as well, without additional fee. The house has a wi fi as well as air conditioning.

Villa Oliva is situated in the heart of Istria, in a small quiet village of Mocibobi near Karojba and Motovun.

The Istrian peninsula is really something worth seeing. It is not very big so being in it's very heart - Villa Oliva, you are 20 to maximum 40 minutes driving distance from it's towns on the west and the east coast and the southernmost part of the peninsula.

At only 5 km distance from Villa Oliva you can find the town of MOTOVUN. This picturesque medieval town placed on a hill, has a rich cultural and historical heritage. It dominates over the valley of the Mirna River and the famous Motovun wood, a habitat of the best truffle in the world. It is a great place for sport and recreation, hunting, mushroom picking and much more. Famous Movie festival is held here every summer by the end of July. This is an event that attracts people from all over to world, that come to enjoy in good movies, local food, nightlife, etc.

Any of the main roads from the eastern, western or southern Istrian coast will take you to PAZIN. The town of Pazin is located 15 km from Villa Oliva. It is the administrative headquarters of the Istrian County, placed at the center of the Istrian peninsula. Pazin has a well known castle "Kastel" and a beautiful natural area with a waterfall called "Zarecki krov". It is a place where the locals come for a refreshment during the summer days.

20 km from Villa Oliva there is a place called GROZNJAN. It is one of the many towns situated on the top of Istrian green hills. It offers it's visitors panoramic view on central Istria. It is known for it's little streets with small artistic galleries, good wine and food and Jazz festival "Jazz is back" which takes place at Groznjan every year from the half of July till the beginning of August.

If you like the see better than the inside of the peninsula, 20 km from Villa Oliva you can find the beautiful town of POREC. It's cultural heritage is a part of UNESCO's world cultural heritage list. Beside the cultural experience it offers you a complex of beaches called the Blue and the Green lagoon. Porec is the annual winner of the prize for the cleanest beaches and there you can find sandy beach, rocky beach, nudist beach and a lot of sport and recreational facilities, as well as entertaining nightlife.

If you wan't to please yourself and enjoy a good massage or take a swim in a healing water, "ISTARSKE TOPLICE" spa is the right place for you! Istarske toplice are located 13km from Villa Oliva. This is a famous Istrian health resort known for it's curative mud, natural therapeutic properties of water in swimming pools, numerous massages and treatments, medical services, aesthetic surgery and much more.

Villa Oliva is located close to the main roads and it is easy to find it, but at the same time it offers you peace and relaxation, there isn't much traffic, and you can park your car inside the courtyard where there are 4 parking lots provided.

  Alles war Perfect: Nika und Luka sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Leckere Willkommensgeschenke. Alles super geschmackvoll renoviert und eingerichtet. Zum Wohlfühlen. Alles was man braucht für bis zu 10 Personen. Auch für die Übergangszeit mit Kachelofen und offenem Kamin gut geeignet. Im Sommer: besonders lecker die Feigen im Garten und die Trauben als Schattenspender über der Veranda.
  Verschiedene Strände (glasklares türkisblaues Wasser, einsame Buchten, ...) in unterschiedlichen Richtungen in ca. 20-40 Minuten zu erreichen.
  Mittelalterliche Städtchen, wunderschön zu erkunden in nächster Umgebung.
