Charming newly remodeled home in Suissevale on Lake Winnipesaukee. Open living room/dining area and kitchen with brand new appliances. There is a bedroom on the main floor with a full bed, and two bedrooms on the upper level: one with a king, and the other with a queen, full and full futon. The full bath is on the main floor. Relax on the roomy sun porch or deck. Just a short walk or drive, less than ½ a mile, to the community beach, playground, tennis and basketball courts or the State’s Landing public beach and boat launch. Great location, convenient to Lakes Region activities.

Loved that it is so new, loved the beach we had access to, loved the lake and the different activities! It was alittle difficult having only one bathroom to 7 people but we managed. We did have ants that came to visit and the rental was not cleaned when we checked in at 4:00 pm. My husband had to clean out the sink drain in the bathroom as it was stopped up and we had issuses with the smoke detectors but preferred vacation rentals came out and fixed those.

We had a great vacation even though the house was a bit smaller than we were used to. We felt the rental was small for a group of 5 since it only had one tiny bathroom and the compact washer/dryer had trouble keeping up with us. The driveway did not easily accommodate the truck-boat trailer combo along with the van - we always had to move vehicles when one wanted to leave. It was great being so close to the beach though. No bugs this year...how did you manage that!

The house is very nice, but unfortunately my family rented it during a heat wave, and with no aC, a newborn and a toddler it made for a challenging few nights.
The house has recently been renovated which was great. There is only one bathroom and it is very small. There is also only one closet and it only has about two feet of hanging space.
We had a nice time there and might rent it again next year. I think it was a bit overpriced for what you got.

The house was O.k. but no air conditioning,carpenter ants, and many misquitos.The lock was broke for the front door. But we did complain and they came the same day and brought fans and sprayed for the ants and fixed the lock. We had a nice vacation all in all, The house was very clean and had nice appliances and furniture.
