Lovely cottage with exceptional views. Enjoy the easy access sandy beach with shallow water entry. Natural wood interior with wonderful screened porch. A great spot to enjoy year after year. One level living with a newly remodeled kitchen, and bedroom with 1 king bed. There is a second bedroom with a twin over a double tower bunk.

The classic lake cottage, clean, comfortable and peaceful. Great location, eastern exposure, flat lot with easy access to the water was perfect for the kayaks. A deck sits at water's edge, shaded in the afternoon making it quite comfortable. Would appreciate an upgrade to the basic cable service. Saw the loons every day. Would love to stay again.

The cottage is nicely located and has a lovely view of the lake and nearby Ossipee Mountains. We enjoyed lake activities and relaxing on the deck by the water. We look forward to renting this property again in the future.

"372" is a vacation home I would love to own. Nice, not to big and very peaceful. The grounds are well keep and even though the property is small there are very distinct and separate areas to be with others or alone.

The owners of this charming cottage made the most of it! So comfortable and cozy, with a perfect spot on the lake. They have a strong dock, easy sandy approach into the water for swimming and kayaking, and a perfect small deck at water's edge for eating,sunning,morning coffee, etc, while you enjoy the beautiful view.
