Wonderful quiet location with great front yard and sandy beach. The shared yard and beach are immaculately maintained, and the home has had several recent updates. Lovely screened porch for enjoying summer nights. Southern exposure. Sleeps 4 adults and 2 children maximum.

This little house was darling and suited us well. A few steps down the grassy hill and you are at a private beach on a little cove. This section of the lake is perfect for small children, recreational boating and quiet fishing. Loved every minute!

The house is spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. The owners live next-door and were friendly and helpful, but unobtrusive. The beach was sandy and quite lovely, with beautiful views. The property is just inside a no-wake zone making it very peaceful. Easy access to Center Harbor and beyond.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this rental property. The owner is right next door but is super nice and aims to please. He's close enough to help with anything we need, but he gives you plenty of privacy. We are considering renting this property again in 2012.

This is our second year and same week as last. We love the house, the grounds easy access to come and go with our boat. And very gracious owner host next door. Have a little private beach with beautiful view of the private cove the cottage is located in. Can't beat and love the screened in porch. Will reserve same place same week for next year as we have no intention of finding another .

The Burns family did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. Inside and out the house and grounds were beautiful. Being located on a narrow inlet in a back bay the boat dock was wave free and large enough for a big boat. I especially liked the GFI outlets at the boathouse so I could plug in my battery charger at night. It was very hot and humid the week we were there and an air conditioner would have been nice.
