Nice three level home in Suissevale, with a level yard and short walk to a sandy community beach. There are four bedrooms plus a loft; three located on the second level, one with a queen, one with 2 twins, and the other with a twin bunk bed. The bedroom on the main floor has a queen bed, and the loft has a twin, 2 queens and a king. Great space with lots of room for everyone. Pets allowed for additional $100 per pet.

Preferred Vacation staff are friendly, efficient.
Have rented this property several times. It has every appliance and kitchen utensil you could possibly want, Dvds, board games and this year - AC! A very generous welcome gift from the owner. The deck and yard are huge. Many improvements by owner. Plenty of sleeping accomodations. Got a smaller place last year when just a couple of us, but will come back here regardless the number, from now on.
Only complaint was the grill needed to be cleaned. Cleaning crew should check it before new renters. -

My family of 5 (plus my dog) stayed along with my sister's family of 3 (plus her dog) and we had more than enough room. First time staying in Suissevale (have stayed in Balmoral several times) - the lake beach is very clean and playground is great. Plenty of restaurants in the area if you don't feel like cooking.

I rented this house last year and I was very impressed with the appliances and how well it was equipped and I was just impressed and happy with it this year. I only had one dissapointment last year with the small TV that didn't work very well, but to my surprise and delight there was a new flat screen TV this year. The house is very clean and I love the coziness of it. There is a very nice little store not far away where I could buy ammenities. There is plenty of room for overnight guest and is very quiet and serene. My family and I have already made the decision to rent this house every year. I want to thank the Preferred Rental Staff for making our vacation very enjoyable. See you next year.

Overall the house was fine. One major flaw was the
extremely noisy stairs that kept everyone awake whenever
anyone moved about. The downstairs was quite damp.

Everything was great with the house as shown by the 5 stars. This is our second time renting this house. With only what we can carry on our motorcycles from NJ we always find everything we need. My only problem is the price is always jacked up for bike week. That is why the value is only 3 stars. Maybe repeat customers should see some kind of price break.
