Newer home with an open concept main floor. Kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The home is within walking distance to States Landing Beach, and one mile from Suissevale Beach. One bedroom is on the main floor and has two pyramid bunk beds (twin over full). The other two bedrooms are located on the upper floor. One has a queen bed and the other has a pyramid bunk bed. Garage is available for guest use. Located in the Suissevale community with access to playgrounds, tennis and basketball courts. Great spot for the whole gang.

this was a modern house well maintained. Our first option was not acceptable and preferred went out of the way to make us happy. Lots of humidity plays havoc with these rentals and our first home was musty and mildew . This house was great however

The outside of this property was not well maintained. The grill was not clean or in good condition. The inside of the home was well done but not left clean.

My husband, two young children and I stayed for 7 days and had a really nice time. The house was a great size for us, and it had central aC which was perfect. My one complaint was the house did not feel clean and the countertops and floors were especially bad. The floors looked as if they had not been cleaned for months and there was mold inside the toilets and on the inside of the toilet lids. I asked the rental company to bring someone in to clean which they did, but I did not see any difference on the floors. There were still cobwebs, random pieces of food scattered all over and a lot of dirt, sand, and misc. stuff. With two young children it made for a challenging week. If you don't care about floors being clean then this is a great house.

Two families shared this home for a weekend winter get-together and it was ideal. The home is well-cared for with an open floor plan and very lovely kitchen. The woodstove was a welcome addition esp. the morning it snowed. We took a walk to the Suissvale beach and enjoyed seeing the other homes situated on the waterfront.
If cooking is important to you:
I would recommend bringing your own sharp knives if you are a cook. The ones in the home are difficult to use. Also, there was not a good-sized skillet so that would be a help, as well as a large bowl. -

room for cooking and relaxing it is a very comfortable house. -

The house was lovely, the community was quiet but on the weekend the beach was bustling. The house comfortably accommodated my three teenage children and 4 adults. We were pleased to find that we could be busy exploring the surrounding towns or just relax on the beautiful beach. We hope to vacation here again.
