The cottage is conveniently located in acadia National Park and is a couple of minutes away from the main points of interest. of the Park. The cottage is spotless has been nicely renovated by the owners. Audrey, the owner; is very kind and made the booking process very easy.

Wonderful, comfortable cottage ! Never had a rental so well equipt ! We loved the screened room off the barn and the gardens are beautiful, as are the landscapers ! Excellent location to explore acadia and Mt. Desert Island.

This is by far the nicest cottage I have ever stayed in. Everything was immaculate and comfortable and had all the ammenities of home and then some.
The gardens are just beautiful and the screen house is the place to go and have coffee in the morning and in the evening after a day of site seeing. There is much to do in the area and close to everything.
Ken and audrey are as warm and friendly as the cottage.
I can't wait to go back and stay a little longer. A week was just not enough. -

We had everything we needed for a wonderful visit to acadia National Park. The location was great! Audrey and Ken provided us with useful information on places to go and see and an especially great place to buy fresh clams and mussels! Their home was not only welcoming inside, they also offered great outdoor seating. There is so much to see and do on Desert Island that we could've easily spent more time.

We had a delightful visit to MDI and enjoyed our stay at Mullein Hill. The cottage is located out of the hustle of Bar Harbor but was very accessible by car as we made many trips over to that side of the island. In addition there are many other sights and sounds to explore always within a reasonable driving distance.

We had a wonderful week long family vacation at Mullein Hill. We enjoyed the convenience of staying right in Mt. Desert and the quiet area where the house was nestled.
