This home is dream come true. It has everything you would want.Fully equipt kitchen, with high end appliances. Dining room for 6 people. Living room with 2 sofas and a family room of it. Good size master bedroom with a large master bath. Guest room has two twin beds ,Den or third bedroom has a comfortable sleep sofa. washer and dryer included. Screened in porch with wicker sofa and wicker dining table and chairs which overlooks the 18th fairway. One car garage.

50 minutes away from Orlando International Airport(MCO) 45 minutes from Disney .1 hour 10 minutes to the beach. 3 miles to Mount Dora to downtown. The home is located in a Golf Course community. Country Club of Mount Dora. The down town is charming with lots of shops, and many great places to eat. Many large lakes ,take a boat trip through the canal to see OLD Florida. Wonderful trip. Free parking down town. You do need a car.

We have never been to Florida before so didn't know what to expect.
We were not disappointed. From the minute we arrived in Sonia's beautiful home we relaxed.
It has everything you could wish for and more,a level of comfort that you enjoy to the maximum.
Clean ,bright,beautifully furnished and a great situation.
it was lovely to hear Sonia's voice on the first morning to check if everything was OK and not to hesitate to contact her if we needed anything.
Mount Dora is an ideal area to stay and only about 40 minutes takes you to the Disney Parks.
We just cannot recommend this home enough so go for a visit and enjoy ! -

I have been renting the month of march from Sonia since 2005, and whenever I return and walk in the door, I feel I.M home again. Everything is there you could possibly want, including oranges in the side yard. Breakfast on the patio while watching golfers go by is delightful. Some even stop to talk, mainly tho to ask if you have seen their ball. I have rented several places thru the years in Florida but none compare to this one.The golf course is a hard but fun one and to have these added Privilges is a huge plus. Very few rentals have this feature. Sonia is a wonderful person to rent from and I highly recommend her and her villa.

I had just returned from Basic Combat Training and found myself in need of a short-term furnished rental property for my family. After much searching, I discovered this home. We stayed for a month. It was exactly what we were looking for. If you are looking for a fully furnished, fully functional rental, this home has everything you could possibly need or want. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. This home has it all. Sonia made everything so easy, and was a pleasure to work with.

In the midst of relocating, we found ourselves in need of a short-term furnished rental property. After much searching, we discovered this home. We stayed for a little more than a month. It was exactly what we were looking for, and much more than we expected! If you are looking for a fully furnished, fully functional rental, this home has everything you could possibly need or want. This is not a typical vacation rental unit, with a few pieces of uncomfortable furniture, a few pots and pans and very little else. This is a true home away from home. The interior is bright and sunny, with lots of natural light. The decor is warm and inviting. The furniture is comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. This home has it all. Being in a country club setting, the amenities offered outside of the home are also a big plus. This is a great neighborhood for walking, socializing, or even golf if you are so inclined. The owners made everything so easy, and were great to work with. This is a great home in a charming town. We would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a rental in Mount Dora.
