1 BR garden loft with Mtn. view in Mt. Shasta CA

Oh my gosh what we have available here is a very secluded garden loft that has killer views and very quiet. We are 1 mi. to downtown Mt. Shasta on 3 acres of forest. Hike and bike out of your front door. We are avid gardeners and you are welcome to walk amongst the 1 acre of flowers.

The ski park is opening Dec. 21 so wax up those skis and boards and plan on having fun in the snow.

Our Garden Loft is recently built in May of '12 so all amenities are new. The loft sleeps two in a queen size bed and two in a pull out sofa. There is a full kitchen should you wish to bring your own food and cook for yourself. Eat out on the priva...te deck that has a view of Mt. Shasta as well. You can park in your own private carport out of the snow and the sun.

Don't worry about the snow because John snow blows the snow so that you can get in and out without a hassle. But...if you want to shovel snow, John always has an extra shovel.

John, the owner, snow blows the driveway so that guests can get out and enjoy the snow related activities that abound in the area.

Skiing/boarding is 10 miles away. Water activities are 4 miles away.

The garden loft is located 1 mi. from downtown Mt Shasta. It is 1/4 mi. off main road which is why it is so private and quiet. Animal life abounds here. The loft is all brand new as of 5/12. Full kitchen, private covered parking. Wi.Fy. Very romantic with 2 person shower!. Beautifully appointed. Private deck which faces Mt. Shasta.

  This was the perfect place for my Mt. Shasta retreat. John & Sandy have created a really beautifully appointed & comfortable loft apartment over their wood shop. Very quiet & privately located on 3 acres, yet very close to town. The surrounding garden is so lovely and the deck, which faces away from the owner's house offers a wonderful view of the mountain. I enjoyed sitting with my morning tea and evening glass of wine and just watching the changing colors on the mountain. Such beauty & serenity. I am already planning my return next year and am so grateful to John & Sandy for creating such a haven and for being such gracious hosts.

  Thank you Melita and Dave. I must tell you that the bird feeder has been described by the guests that visited us after your departure as " the grand central station of bird feeders." We have counted over 12 different species of birds feeding at the same time. You come back any time.
