Bryngarth is a detached house in an elevated position in Much Birch, with wonderful views overs the surrounding countryside. There are nine bedrooms, including three with en-suite facilities, one ground floor room and two rooms which sleep three. There are two family bathrooms, and cloakrooms on the ground and first floors. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

The house has a large amount of rooms which can cater for a large family or gathering for a special occasion. Plenty of parking for all only problem can be the entrance of the drive because you leave and enter onto a main a road. As we had children we used the second sitting room as a play room for them, which left the main sitting room mostly for the adults. The dinning room can cater for everyone who is staying in the house with no problem. The bedrooms are all of a good size and have double beds in all rooms, the only bedroom which is a problem is the one downstairs because it has no bathroom on that level only toilets which you have to walk to the games room. It had great views from the front facing rooms over country side.
