Kayapark is a small complex of apartments, with a swimming pool, child’s pool, and landscaped gardens. Our apartment is three bedroom (sleeping up to 8), fully air-conditioned and spread over the first & second floors.

The first floor has a spacious lounge with 2 sofa beds, a television, DVD/CD and balcony with seating for 6, perfect for al fresco meals.

An open-plan kitchen and breakfast bar, including oven, microwave, hob, fridge, toaster, kettle, washing machine, airer, iron & ironing board. One double bedroom, one twin bedded room and a WC with shower.

The second floor includes the very large en-suite master double b...edroom, and balcony with table & chairs and stunning mountain views.

The apartment is very child friendly as stair gates have been installed throughout, and there is also a travel cot available to rent.

Calis Beach is located just around the bay from the charming town of Fethiye which is 40Km from Dalaman International Airport.

Calis Beach is a very relaxed resort with a 4km long shingle & sand beach backed by a pedestrian promenade filled with bars and restaurants. The atmosphere is very informal, making it ideal for sun-worshippers and family holidays. There are stunning views across the bay to Fethiye and at the end of the day there are amazing sunsets to be enjoyed with a cold drink in a seafront bar.

  Our family have been 2 years running and are returning in august for a 3rd year of pure luxury.The owner is a real gentleman,he arranges our transfers,which are very reasonably priced and have allways run smoothly.The appartment is top class,best i have ever been to,it is very spacious and has everything you need including w/machine,ironing board, iron,hair dryer,clocks,tv,dvd,the list is endless,also air con which is essential as it is very hot in Turkey.A short walk away will take you to a large assortment of restaurants,bars and shops,plenty of small supermarkets just minutes away,and larger ones just a short bus ride away,dolmus(local busses)are very regular and cheap,local people are so nice,friendly and helpful.There is also the beach which has lots of bars and restaurants.I can honestly say that there is nothing i dislike about the area or the appartment,which is situated within very well kept grounds,surrounded by beautiful gardens,and a very nice pool,there is a caretaker on site all day too.If you choose to take your holiday here you will not be dissapointed,in fact you will return again and again.The owner of the appartment is so helpful and would,on request give you a great guide of places to go,day trips,top restaurants,and walks to take,there is also all this info in the appartment for you,and you are left a welcome pack too,with all the essentials for your arrival.
