Villa Kadyanda is set in an elevated position with stunning views across a plateau and of the nearby mountains. This area of the Turkish Turquoise Coast offers everything that a holidaymaker could want. There are friendly people, lovely beaches, all types of water-sports, a variety of good restaurants, many historical sites and a range of shopping experiences. An ideal holiday venue for extended families with children or for larger groups of friends.

We back this up with a lovely self-catering vacation villa fully equipped and furnished to an excellent standard. The detached holiday villa can sleep up to thirteen people in 5/6 bedrooms... with five bathrooms and three living rooms and it has an illuminated private pool, a fully equipped Gym and Games Room and has wi-fi Internet.

The holiday villa is 45 minutes from Dalaman Airport, 20 minutes from Calis Beach and 30 minutes from Fethiye Town and Olu Deniz. Close by are the shops, restaurants, wine bars and market in traditional Uzumlu village. Above the village is the ancient Roman/Lycian city of Cadianda which can be reached in 15 minutes and is well worth visiting to see the fascinating archaeology.Read more

Fethiye is 17km from the vacation villa and you can either use the Dolmus minibuses or it’s an easy 25 minute drive to a bustling port with lots to offer. By the harbour you can walk along the promenade past the tour boats or relax in the many bars and tea-houses. In the Old Town (Paspatur) there are many shops offering quality leather goods, carpets and designer clothes and the Turkish bath (Hamam) is a must!

There are many good restaurants and an excellent food market with meat and fish at very low prices and also three major supermarkets as well as the famous Fethiye Tuesday Market. Fethiye is steeped in history and near the harbour you can see Lycian Tombs cut out of the mountainside above a Roman amphitheatre.

Calis Beach is an easy 20 minute drive from the holiday villa with a 5km shingle beach, many bars, restaurants, a go-kart track and a water park. Olu Deniz, lively Hisaronu and Kaya Koy ghost village are all a short distance from Fethiye. You must see the many para-gliders at Olu Deniz and also visit the Blue Lagoon with its secluded sandy beaches.

Hisaronu has many night clubs, restaurants and tourist shops and Kaya Koy is a ghost village that was deserted after the population exchanges. Patara Beach is one hour away with a 20km sandy beach, many Lycian tombs and recently excavated Roman ruins and slightly further on is picturesque Kalkan town. In the other direction, towards Dalaman, is Gocek which is a lovely village with a large marina and on the way visit the isolated beach at Katranci.

The rates are for the whole villa with up to 13 people and there are no extra charges.
HM Forces, Emergency Services and Groups of less than 8 can deduct 15% outside the High Season.
Welcome Packs, Linen, Towels, Electricity and Gas are provided free of charge.
Cheap weekly rental for a Car from £160/week and a Minibus from £370/week.
Return transfers from Dalaman Airport can be arranged for you in a Minibus for £120 return.
To book return a Booking Form with a 25% deposit and then pay the balance 8 weeks before arrival by Bank Transfer, PayPal or Credit Card.
A returnable Security Deposit of £150 is required.
The rental start and finish days and length of stay are totally flexible.

  An absolutely stunning villa, equipped to a very high standard and situated in a beautiful rural loaction with breath-taking views of the Uzumlu plateau and village. We found the villa clean and well cared for throughout, everything seemed to be have thought of, and after a long flight we really appreciated the complimentary welcome pack of food, drink and essentials.
  With three teenagers, and younger kids, in our party we found the large games room a big hit, the table tennis competion lasted most of the week and the Wii was well used by the younger kids. There was also darts, punch-bag, exercise bike and board games for all. At night the bar area was well used and the surround sound was a quality touch.
  The pool was great, we loved swimming at night after a pool-side BBQ. Great for al fresco dining.
  Uzumlu village was a suprising hit, lots of bars and restaurants, and the locals were wonderfully friendly.
  Fethiye, Calis and Olu Deniz were all an easy drive away and I would recommend a car, though some of us used the Dolmus minibus from the village to Fethiye which was about 60 pence !
  Most of all, after a busy day exploring and having fun, it was lovely to come back to the villa and just relax... and enjoy that amazing view.
  We will certainly be going back soon.

  Fantastic Family Holiday in Villa Kadyanda Uzumlu

  What a fantastic holiday! The area has everything and the villa is close to the resorts but not in them. Uzumlu village seems to be a part of the real Turkey but has great restaurants and enough facilities. We enjoyed the watersports, beaches, historical sites and the go-kart track and water park were a great hit with the kids. Thanks for all your help and we hope to come again soon.
