Breathtaking 2 story stone home with awesome 180 degree Puget Sound, Whidbey Island & Olympic Mtn view. Hot Tub. Very secluded and quiet. Watch the cruise ships leaving Puget Sound with the sun setting on the horizon. Tall fir and redwood trees surround the home. Soak in the hot tub situated in privacy overlooking the views. The home is recently remodeled with hardwood floors, granite kitchen with all Dacor appliances gas stove, warming drawer, convection oven and is fully equipped.

There is a huge wood burning fireplace in the living room tastefully decorated northwest contemporary and which also has a fantastic view of Puget Sound a...nd a huge red wood tree which makes you feel like you are living in the trees. There is a huge deck with plenty of space for entertaining, BBQ, and hot tub for 6 people.

There is a remote control gas fireplace in main level bedroom and it has a huge 5 x 5 shower with double controls and private courtyard. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The upper master bedroom, has a jetted jacuzzi tub overlooking the view, king bed and small private balcony and a huge California Closet.

The 2nd bedroom on upper level has king bed and full bathroom. The bedroom on main floor has queen bed, two person shower with heated floor, antique oak double vanity , gas fireplace and private lanai.

There is also a full utility room.

It is conveniently located in Mukilteo's Harbour Point community which has the 5 Star Harbour Point golf course and dining facility only (walking) 5 minutes away. The quaint town of Mukilteo offers a wonderful beach and Ferry to Whidbey Island along with 2 well known restaurants (Ivars & Anthonys). There is a trail that leads you down to shipwreck beach only 1/2 mile from the house. there are also tennis courts (lighted at night) close by. Lower level is opened up for an additional $50/night has futon and/or queen size blow up air matterss and 3/4 bath
NO social events are allowed at this house (party, dinner, BBQ, wedding, reception, where you invite other people to the house that are not on the registered guest manifest will NOT be allowed without the Written Permission of Owner prior to the event) and an event fee may apply.

  We have stayed in this Mukilteo home a few times now and have found it to be the ideal home away from home without the distractions and responsibilites. Its bluff-like view of Puget Sound and quiet surrounds make this a perfect getaway for a couple or a family (even including extended family). There is plenty of space in this three level home for lots of people, comfortable beds and all the necessary ammenities that make staying at this location our number one choice when visiting the Pacific Northwest.
  
  Whether you want to just stay at the house and relax or get in the sights of Seattle, it's accessibility for getting anywhere in the greater Seattle area is wonderful. There is close and easy access to both of the major freeways in the area, but plenty of shopping locally if you don't want to venture too far from home.
  
  What brings us back to this home is not only the breathtaking view which we can enjoy from the kitchen and deck, but the space and solitude this home provides. As our family gets older and the "kids" are now adults, this is our go-to place to be together without feeling claustrophic and unwind. We love it.

  This is a beautiful and very comfortable home. The kitchen is fabulous. We had everything we needed and more. If you don't want to stay right in the city, this is a great location.
