Description

Casita Bonita is a charming, romantic cabin in Northern Arizona, just 20 minutes south of Flagstaff and 30 minutes from Sedona. Nestled in the pines, this cabin offers travelers a mountain experience in an upscale home.

The cabin is located in Munds Park, 120 miles north of Phoenix. The entrance to the Coconino National Forest http://www.fs.fed.us/r3/coconino/index.shtml is a block from Casita Bonita and it is a short, one mile drive to the Pinewood Country Club which has a scenic 18-hole championship golf course. http://pinewoodcountryclubaz.com/ .

Guests will enjoy views of trees and sky through clearstory windows in the great room where there is a stone fireplace. The master bedroom has a California King bed and the spacious, adjacent private master bath has two sinks. The guest bedroom has a queen be and the great room has a high quality leather queen sleeper sofa so the cabin sleeps 6 comfortably. The home is updated with new bronze hardware and quality furniture from both Pier 1 and Robb & Stuckey.

Casita Bonita features a large deck that wraps around the entire cabin, with a porch swing and several sets of patio furniture. One frequent visitor referred to the cabin as a tree house, commenting that the deck allows him to sit so close to the trees that he can sit right beside the birds. Visitors can hang the hammock up under a tree, play some horseshoes, or build a fire in the fire pit outside. At night one can throw a log on the fire inside and snuggle up with a book and a cup of tea or a glass of wine.

House rules

Renters must be over 25 years of age. Guests are required to leave the property in good condition. The housekeeping service will provide the basic cleaning of the cabin. The renter is responsible for washing and putting away all dishes. The property will be inspected promptly after the renter's departure and the Damage Deposit will be refunded within 7-10 business days. Renters pay $50 per day for snow removal services if required for access. Two dogs max and pet fee is $50/dog in the winter.

In your review you mentioned forest access located three blocks from the home, I do hope you also discovered the forest access located immediately at the end of the street, just one block away, so you could quickly and easily access trails for hiking and cycling in the Coconino National Forest. How do damage deposits work?
