Description from the owner

The rooms are part of a friendly international family house (Dutch and Brazilian) in the Southeast of Munich, located next to the Trade Fair center and two large shopping malls. The historical city centre of Munich is approximately 25 min away with very convenient means of public transport.

One of the rooms is a spacious one (40 sqm),located in the attic of the house, fully-furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, big sofa, fridge and a cable tv. The room is very cosy, comfortable and perfect for two people. There is however enough room for 3(1 extra bed available).

    We are located in Munich Trudering (very green area of Munich).
    From our house you can take 4 diverses busses that takes you in 5 or 7 minutes till Trudering station (from there, in 15 minutes you will be in Marienplatz (city center) or in hauptbahnhof (central station),
    If you like biking, you can go to Ostpark. There you find a big green area with small lakes and biergarten.
    Near our house (7 minutes walk) is also a Franziskaner (Beergarden and restaurant. Very good).

    Balcony room: 35,00 euros p-person p-night. There is a double bed and a single bed. If you have an occupancy with 3 people, will cost: 90,00 euros p-night incl. breakfast

      Jan and Fatima are Outstanding

      Left on 09/23/2011 for a stay in September 2011

      We spent two days with Jan and Fatima at their B&B; during Octoberfest. Since we had our adult daughter with us, we had the top floor room which had plenty of room.

      First, I emailed Fatima from the road to see if we could come a few days early. They we full but Fatima found us a place to stay with a friend of theirs.

      Fatima and Jan's home is very nice and clean. They make you feel at home right away. Jan does an outstanding job of answering questions and he makes one of our best breakfast we had.

      The home is right at a bus stop that takes you to the train station. There are a couple of good biergartens close by.

      While we don't normally like sharing a bathroom, their home is set up nicely and the bathrooms were very clean and easily handled the group that was there.

      If you want to stay in a home that makes you feel at home in Munich, this is it.

      I enjoyed happy times in Jan and Fatima's home. They were helpful in sharing about Munich and the sites I should visit. I enjoyed a comfortable bed after sitting around in the evening talking and sharing experiences. They also took me for a walk in the neighbourhood with their dogs- very relaxing. The trip from Munich to their home was easy to follow from their instructions. I would definitely book to stay there again. Jan took me to the train stop early to make my connections with the train. Thank you!
