A clean comfortable little appartment in central Munich. Our host is very helpful and kind. A pleasure to work with. Our room was only half a block from a U-Bahn stop in a great neighborhood. I would definately go back with my wife or friends. There is also a great little restaurant on the corner that we had dinner at often.

We started looking for accommodations for Oktoberfest 2010 in July, and unfortunately, our choices were few and far between. After several exchanged emails with scam artists on Craigslist, I was a little nervous about paying a deposit to a total stranger abroad. Luckily, we had a friend in Munich that was able to meet Kai and check out the apartment. When we finally met, Kai was incredibly lovely and kind. Five of us shared one room, a bit cramped, but totally comfortable for our needs during Oktoberfest. The apartment is in a beautiful neighborhood, centrally located in Munich. Kai made us feel at home, and I would highly recommend staying here!

We had such a great time! The apartment is amazing, and our host even more. He showed us the city and gave us a lot of nice tips of sightseeing in the city. The apartment is in a very good location, near the subway and close to a supermarket.

I wanna say i loved German and the people there. The location of the room is very good: First class. Near to everything. Awesome
The room was very clean and very well furnished. It is very confortaable and made me feel at home.
It was cheaper than a hotel, but as luxury and as confortable as one. I made the right choice renting it.
Nothing bad to say about it.
