  This is our second time to stay in this appartment. We were there in June of this year as well. The appartment is very spacious and clean. The location is very close to the main train station and close to both U-bahn and also to the tram. Please note that the tram is not running at this point because of construction in the area, but is supposed to operate again by late next year. The neighborhood is not particularly attractive, but it is is safe and at night is very quiet. There is a very friendly beer hall and garden about 2 blocks away. Great food and beverage at very reasonabe prices.
  
  You will have to shop immediately for such items as coffee filters, paper towels, etc. as well as food items as only the minimum is provided. The good news is that a grocery store is right next door!
  
  The owner is very helpful and manages his appartments in a very professional manner. He now has several appartments in the same building. We will definitely stay there again!

  Great location 2 blocks from Central Station. Grocery store next building over. Well equipped, clean, safe apartment.Great value for the price. Would not hesitate to stay here again!
