My family loved staying at Cranberry Lake Lodge. The house was clean and spacious with a large deck and a fantastic view of Cranberry Lake. Located in Hiawatha National Forest, it's a little drive to Munising and Lake Superior, but it's worth it if you like the peace and quiet of the North Woods. We immediately felt at home in this beautiful house on the lake. It has all of the bells and whistles. The only negative comment I have is that we had trouble on our arrival with the lock box that holds the housekey. I called Lisa and she got back to me right away. Other than that, our stay was a great and memorable one.

We spent the week between Christmas and New Years in this beautiful log home. It was more spacious than we anticipated, and yet was very cozy. It is one of two houses on the lake. We rented snow mobiles from Munising and could ride them all the way to the lodge. Tons of trails to enjoy during any season. We also downhill skied at Marquette Mountain. Nice ride along beautiful Lake Superior coast. Although we were remote, we were connected. Internet service was very good. Several large flat screen TVs kept kids entertained in evening. House was well equipped with cooking utensils, bedding, towels, etc. Very clean, very nice. Great way to spend the week!

Cranberry Lake Lodge is even more than advertised. Private lake setting. All the comforts of a private chalet - brand new - top quality furniture and furnishings. Quiet, private , wifi - flat screen tv's, ipod, gourmet kitchen - this place is not to be missed. We want to make this our annual get away. Attentive contacts also to make sure everything is perfect.
