The polaris el valle golf resort is conveniently located for easy access via spain's major airports and roads. Just 15 minutes from murcia city centre and 20 minutes from the beaches of the mar menor.
El valle resort is 20 minutes from murcia (san javier) airport, 60 minutes from alicante airport and will be within 15 minutes of the new corvera international airport opening in 2011.

The beautiful golf course at el valle has been created by nicklaus design. It is a professional 18 hole par 71 golf course arguably one of the most challenging and picturesque at the polaris world resorts. It is a favorite course for competitions and hosted the spanish pro championship among other events.

186534A refit would benefit

We had a week staying in this apartment just a few days after Christmas and found it great in some ways and pretty awful in others. The rooms are all big, there are 3 bathroom, the location is pretty decent too but it is unbelievably tired looking.
Things weren't helped at the begining as the fridge had not been cleaned and had brown staining over 2 of the shelves. The hob has, frankly, seen better days and the general standard of the fixtures and fittings in the kitchen area could only be described as poor and well used. There were a few other issues that we mailed the agent about and they were, in the main, dealt with in a timeously manner. The hob stopped working after day 5 and although we advised the Hilton staff 3 times, nothing was resolved. One of the bathrooms/shower room had for some reason a large marble plinth fixed in place in the shower which was a little dangerous. Another of the bathrooms fittings were described by a Hilton manager as "needing replaced, bath and all".
There are probably more positives than negatives and I'd hate it for this to be another of the many unnecessarily vitriolic reviews. One thing that is not up for debate though, the food in the various restaurants in the Hilton is bland beyond belief and expensive too. Also, try and avoid the "shopping mall" just off reception. Prices were twice as much, you still received the same attention (though I'd call is hassle) as any of the "outside" supermarkets.
