The villa is new, detached and incorporates both rustic and contemporary design themes. It has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and an amazing lounge / dining area.

El Valle Golf Resort is a five star "Polaris World" flagship resort close to the beautiful and historic City of Murcia, Spain.
The resort is set in the foothills of the Carrascoy mountain range. It lies in a beautiful, natural desert valley which flows down to the Mar Menor Sea. Its amenities include restaurant, bars, pro-shop, tennis courts, gym, supermarket and club house.
You will be staying on what is arguably the finest desert links golf course in all of Europe, the superb 18 hole par 71 Jack Nicklaus designed golf course which is fast becoming the must play course in southern Spain.
Not to mention the other Polaris World courses in the locality, all part of the IRM Golf Experience (Jack Nicklaus golf trail.)
The Costa Calida (warm coast) is unspoilt with many beautiful secluded beaches, miles of golden sands, amazing villages, towns and cities to be explored. For the adventure seekers there are activities such as water theme parks, horse riding, go Karting, trekking, cycling, quad biking, water skiing, sport diving, wind surfing and sailing to name a few.

There is a €120 Cleaning / Meet and greet charge - Payable directly to our keyholders on arrival where you will be shown around the villa and any questions you may have can be answered.
A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. Bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival are to be paid in full at time of booking.
A refundable £200 Damage deposit required with the remainder of the balance.
This will be refunded to you after your departure, once the keys have been returned and a satisfactory final inspection of the property has been carried out.
*Bookings cannot be confirmed until we have received the deposit
Welcome pack available on request at extra charge of 25 Euros.
Payment: We accept payment in Pounds and Euros.
We accept Cheques, Bank Transfers and Paypal.
Once we have confirmed prices and availability we will send a villa booking form and terms and conditions.
Bank Transfers are by far the easiest method and as with Cheques are free of charge.

Absolutely superb villa decorated beautifully. Very clean and tidy (and wonderfully air conditioned!). Location was stunning with lovely views. Private swimming pool was a great asset as we spent most of week lying around the pool working on our tan! Pefect getaway for a completely relaxing and unwinding time. Would recommend it to everyone!

Wonderful hosts, nothing too much trouble, the Villa is exemplary and absolutely beautiful with quite simply the best of everything. The Villa is spotlessly clean, the furniture and furnishings beautiful. The facilities are amazing with everything required, and simply nothing but the best for a wonderful holiday experience. The resort is quite simply amazing for a quiet and relaxing holiday.
