A luxury, fully air conditioned villa, 500 yards from the beach on the stunning Costa Colida
This is a great villa in a fantastic location with beautiful views down to the sea from the large roof terrace and the front veranda. The villa offers a panoramic sea view from the sandy bay La Azohia to the East, all the way round to Puerto de Mazarron in the West. The view is framed by scenic mountains the enclose the entire bay.

This is an ideal holiday destination for families, those looking for a relaxing break or sportier types. The villa benefits from the use of a shared pool, a selection of fantastic beaches within walking distance and is superbly furnished throughout.
As well as the beaches there are the historic cities Murcia and Cartagena nearby. The harbour town of Puerto de Mazarron is just 5 minutes away offering all the amenities you could possibly need as well as a variety of water sports, great places to eat and drink, and of course more great beaches.
There are over a dozen excellent golf courses within half an hour, as well as mountain and coastal walks, including harbours, beaches and secluded coves, to enjoy.
With over 300 days of sun a year this is the perfect spot to enjoy your holiday!
