Mykonos Harbour View is a prestigiously situated in the magnificient position immediatley above the old harbour and sugar cubed town of Mykonos, **this unique and charming small house is in the prime location . There are breathtaking views from the totally private terrace where you can have breakfast , read a book, sunbathe or enjoy the stunning sunsets in the evenings. The house is utterly delightful with two porticos in the Salon ( main room ) .......one leads into the bedroom and a second small sitting area / study.

I do not hesitate in saying it is unlikely you will be disappointed in this quaint and beautiful environment ,it does n...ot offer 5 star luxury as perceived in the modern way but the charm exceeds this ,as well as being enriched by the Greek light and breathtaking colours of the Aegean sea from every window.

On entering Mykonos Harbour view house down the marble steps you come into the small kitchen area which gives access to the Salon down a further two steps The floor is made of marble in an off white / grey colour , from the neighbouring island of Tinos. **The whole place some 50 square meters gives the impression of being open plan The views **look to the harbour and Mykonos town from whereever you are ! The small functional marble tiled shower room and W.C. is off to the left of the Salon and the double bedroom ( with a queen size bed ) leads off to the right where there is also a small sitting area / study ,convenient for doing internet ...........also with views out to the sea and town!

In the front of the Salon double doors open onto a completely private terrace with a 180 degree view of Mykonos town, the harbour and Syros and Tinos islands beyond.

There is additional security on the terrace with sliding wrought iron railings which MUST be locked whenever you go out .Read more

The House is in Perfect position over Mykonos town between other vacation homes and properties but offers also absolute privacy.
The town of mykonos is in walking distance (350 m) where you can go shopping or go out at night (what actually Mykonos is famous for).
Public transportation to the beaches of Mykonos is nearby (200 m)
You can Park your own car in the public parking area at the port (400 m) or on the side road close to the house.
