Where to start?? If ever a piggy bank deserved being broken coming here is the perfect excuse to do it!
We had a horrible 2011 with a fair amount of horrible events taking place and we wanted to treat ourselves because you never know what's round the corner. We are a family that likes adventure holidays but this time we were looking for something a bit more relaxing, 2011 was enough of an adventure in itself..
The main adventure in villa Eurydice was to guess what Matt, the brilliant chef, was going to cook for you each day.. The villa was the nicest house that we have ever inhabited, clean spacious, comfortable, cool, remote, in a beautiful location and run by a great crew, they couldn't be nicer.
The service was top draw, they organized dinners in town, recommend beach clubs that are kid friendly (stop there! don't call the Nspcc, this was during the day), beautiful remote spots in the island and helped us organized a boat excursion to the island of Rinia which was yet another highlight of the holiday.
My only complaint is that my cheeks still hurt from 7x24x7 smiling, yes, even in my sleep I smiled.
Would we come back? Well, we'll have to feed the piggy as much as we can and this time we won't wait for a horrible event to treat ourselves!!

I'm defintatly returning asap!
The villa was spot on, amazing art and sits on a peaceful plot with stunning views. Staff was extremely attentive couldn't fault a thing! Only for those who like pure Luxery should book!

Sooo nice not too hot, lovely breeze lazy days by the pool, being brought food cocktails, games, towels and anything my heart desired.
Comfortable rooms, with the best sheets and mattresses mosquito nets, great views and wonderful staff and turn down service. Like being in a 5 star hotel but so much more personal
Off to the quiet beach with clear blue sea, a few lovely taverna's still open clear roads, and the proper attention of the local shop and restaurant staff
I highly recommend this destination

ReadingA Real Find On Mykonos
Left on 10/23/2011 for a stay in September 2011
We were met at the airport and whisked back to the villas - an oasis of calm after transiting through the chaos of athens. The villas are very white which made us very nervous with our 2 year old and 4 year old and our two separate sets of friends each of whom had 6-month old babies but the wonderful staff (thank you Matt, Vanessa, Mary, Josh, Klodi!!) just smiled and said it was no problem as all the covers were thankfully removable and washable...phew. Our week passed so quickly! it simply wasn't enough time there - we should have stayed for 2 weeks as we were really starting to relax into island life after 3 or 4 days and starting to really enjoy our time. Downsides - the villas are a little remote (although close to town) and the road to the villas is windy and the final hill a bit scary (our hire car was returned minus a clutch!), the bathrooms are basic and would be spartan but the villa puts lovely full-size products, plus fluffy and material type towels to zizz them up. Slightly painful they don't take credit cards but they told me they hope to have this organised for next year. Plusses - where to start...!! It was lovely having proper houskeeping and people to clean up after us in the kitchen what a luxury . Breakfasts were superb and the couple of dinners we had really special as the South african chef was really amazing and certainly spoiled us - next time we would book a full chef service - which even though it seems expensive its nowhere near as expensive as eating out - as the meals we ate at the villas were the highlight of our stay. Would we return? Definitely the villas are a real find on Mykonos which we've spend a few years visiting now so we have a fair idea of what's out there and have stayed at a few slightly disappointing hotels and villas.

London, United KingdomA bad experience ,not value for money
Left on 08/08/2011 for a stay in August 2011
This Villa cost 17500 Euros for the week but with loaded hidden costs ,a paying bar for instance with 100 percent markups and a corkage system charging 80 euros if you brought a bottle of spirits on to the premises, no air conditioning in three of the bedrooms, overlooked by a building site with the sound of drilling all day and its a semi D !!! which means that you listen to the House music of the clubbers staying next door . Mykonos is pretty overbuilt but nothing prepared us for the immediate surroundings which included a half finished villa full of workmen overlooking all the sunbathing positions of our Villa . I am amazed that Quintessential and abercrombie and Kent carry this Villa and surprised that Conde Nast reviewed it favourably . most of the bedrooms are in the basement which means that as parents you sleep two floors away from your children who sleep next to the staff quarters who are a bunch of people that you never met before . The staff were nice though and helpful but they sleep in an underground corridor so are not that happy working there . When you arrive at the villa you are made aware of costs , food drink , breakages and you are asked to pay any costs in cash which given the parlous state of the Greek Economy seemed unfair. altogether a bad experience in a villa designed to part you from as much of your money as possible.

"WE ARE SO SORRY YOU HATED EVERYTHING"
_____________Mykonos IS expensive...and this villa is one of the best available. Most people assess if they can afford a 5-suite, fully-staffed, private chef, prime located villa with concierge services by Quintessentially for 10+ adult guests before they book.
_____________We've scrapped our serviced bar & corkage charges (unless you request one as many guests LOVE to have their own private, tended, in-villa full-bar and cocktail service - I do!).
_____________The villa construction above is finished.
_____________We've installed air-conditioning in ALL bedrooms.
_____________We do not have a basement.
_____________Guests choose how close (or how far!) they sleep from their own children, not us...
_____________Almost all our staff are returning next year (no-one sleeps in a corridor! Thats more a hazard with guests than staff!)
_____________We accept cash and bank transfers (which is actually how you paid). We hope to accept credit cards next year - but we are small operators and the Greek red-tape is the stuff made of legend but we keep trying...
_____________There is a reason why leading press publications review us and why the best agents list us which is because 99.99% of our guests are delighted with what we do. We're so sorry you were our 0.01 guest. We genuinely hope your next trip is a happier one wherever you go. -

Cape TownEnjoyable, luxurious villa lifestyle with friendly staff.
Left on 06/02/2011 for a stay in May 2011
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Villa Euridice as it offered us hotel-style luxury service (including chefs, cocktail bar and house keeping) but in a lovely villa just 10 minutes drive out of the town centre of Mykonos.
The interiors were contemporary and stylish, and there were plenty of outside areas to relax in.
There seemed to be plenty of staff around and we particularly liked the Villa manager and the chef (a couple) who spoke several languages (my wife is Belgian). The villa is not cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for.

Left on 09/14/2010 for a stay in August 2010
From the moment we arrived at the glamorous Villa Eurydice we knew we were in for a treat...glass of champagne in hand, we were led through the beautiful contemporary interiors and spacious bedrooms and out into the extensive outdoor living spaces, private bar, dining areas, loungers and lovely pool. There is a lot of thought to all details by the owners, there is a wonderful library, DVD players in all the bedrooms, a brilliant table tennis room, which is so much fun for kids and adults! Everything is fresh white with fairy like white nets over the beds fit for a prince or princess. We soon relaxed into our five star living with our own housekeeper, manager and private chef, exquisite food and perfect service always available. The staff are friendly yet discreet.
When not exploring the many alluring beaches of Mykonos, we whiled away many afternoons by the infinity pool overlooking the vastness of the Myconian hills and the great expanse of beautiful blue sea.Eurydice is a place where the wind whispers of dreams you long forgot..and inspiration begins to flow..just in time for a cocktail from the bar and a party by the pool or a night out in Mykonos Town across the bay.
Highly recommended for a holiday with family and friends and definitely a great place to unwind and relax ,be thoroughly pampered and have a party or two beneath the stars. -

London, UKAn absolutely stunning villa
Left on 05/25/2010 for a stay in May 2010
Clearly, a lot of thought and effort has gone into Villa Eurydice. Everything was first class, from the rooms (light and airy with modern, tasteful decorations), the location (with a sweeping view of Mykonos bay from the infinity pool) to the staff (friendly and helpful but always discreet).
An ideal location for a party or, as we had, a relaxing week away. Highly recommended. -

Perfect luxury! The villa itself is stunning, tastefully decorated all in white, and the outside areas are ideal for lounging and soaking up the Mykonos sun. We were welcomed by the lovely staff, who were always on hand but never intrusive. The views are breathtaking, especially at sunset or floating at the end of the infinity pool… wish I hadn’t had to come home! Make sure to hire a car though as it’s tucked up in the hills and there aren’t many taxis around.

LondonStunning villa, Fabulous location
Left on 05/10/2010 for a stay in May 2010
We stayed in Eurydice for a week and enjoyed a
truly first class holiday experience. From the
moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome and
relaxed by the great villa crew.
The villa itself is absolutely stunning, each room
beautifully designed and fitted. However, most of
our time was spent in the villa’s luxurious outdoor
areas, relaxing on the sofas, enjoying a drink at
the outside bar, taking a dip in the pool or just
taking in spectacular views of the sunset with a
glass of wine. The villa also comes equipped with
its own cordon bleu chef, who cooked some of the
nicest meals of our holiday.
Eurydice is set up in the hills of Mykonos,
affording privacy but only a short drive away from
local amenities. It is well worth taking a trip to
a local restaurant (the host was able to tell us
about some real hidden gems) and the surrounding
beaches make for a relaxing way to spend an
afternoon.
The worst thing about the villa was leaving it! We
will definitely be coming back for another visit.

Left on 05/10/2010 for a stay in May 2010
Our group of 8 stayed at Eurydice for a week at the start of May. The weather (although out of the owners control) was fantastic. Jeremy and the rest of the staff made us feel at home from the second we arrived. The villa is in a stunning position which provides breathtaking views of the Mykonos town and the Aegean. Sipping on a glass of wine watching the sunset is an image that will stay with me forever. The rooms are all spacious and luxurious whilst the external areas provide loads of space for you to escape your other guests. The team cooked for us twice during our stay and it was delightful - The BBQ was my favourite as it was more relaxed. Arguably they were the two best meals we ate (also we didn't have to leave the villa). Like most villas on Mykonos you need to drive into town (c.10 mins) if you want some nightlife (or need to run to the shops), but it's a small price to pay for having such a wonderful home for a week.

From the moment of arrival the staff were delightful, always cheerful and always willing to help with any questions. They kept the Villa spotless and the food and service they provided was of a very high standard.
Eurydice is how you would imagine a luxury villa to be, comfortable, contemporary, classy, but better. Only once you have arrived at the Villa can you truly appreciate the huge space and beauty of the setting.
As Mykonos is a small island nothing is to far away, yet the secluded position is perfect for being away from the bustle of the town.
If you are looking for a holiday in the sun, in Europe, in the lap of luxury, look no further. Just get in now before it gets all booked up. -

The first thing that comes to mind on arrival to this stunning wallpaper
worthy villa is the feeling that you have just got home for the rest of your
life. Within minutes of being shown around the vast grounds and glam-
tastic white washed interiors, I found myself fantasizing about a lifestyle
you could only dream of.. Enchanting views over the rocky peninsular
disappearing seamlessly in to the sparkling blue sea with nothing other to
think about than your next meal and who to invite to the party... and party
we did! within hours we were out in the buzzing mykonos town sipping on
cocktails and mingling with a somewhat sophisticated crowd. After meeting
a like minded group of people a convoy of cool cats and cars arrived at the
villa. It looks even better at night! our guests were blown away by the
extravagance. The tunes pumped till dawn and after watching the beautiful
sunrise and the beautiful bodies dipping in and out of the glittery pool we
all sat down to a rustic lunch with stone baked pizzas on the wood-fire
pizza oven. We did it all the all again the night after.
This villa truly rocks and I truly had the best week of my life. -

From the website pictures we knew Villa Eurydice would be special, but we were not prepared for just how gorgeous and special it would be. Everything about the home is outstanding.......the location, the views, the property itself, the interior design. Eurydice is like the hippest boutique hotel, with all the attention to detail and thoughtful pampering you would expect, coupled with the privacy and comfort of an individual home. We were traveling to Greece from San Diego with our 7 week old baby boy for his first time overseas and he settled in to Villa Eurydice with no problems whatsoever and loved the whole experience (he smiled his first real smile there). The villa is perfect for a relaxed secluded holiday, or for entertaining, with acres of outdoor space. We could not recommend it more highly and can't wait to head back there!

We had a massive family gathering to help me celebrate my 40th birthday Sept 09. The youngest guest was 12 weeks old and the oldest 68 years. I I can say without question everyone enjoyed Mykonos and loved staying at the Villa.
The first thing that hits you is the terrific view, even better at night when Chora comes to life, and the town tinkles across the bay. The villa itself is splendid, spacious and brimming with style. The grounds are large and it's quite possible to find a quiet corner and settle down with a drink and a good book, and never be found by your children!
The villa has a serenity about it and scale that makes you question every morning should you bother going to the beach. The infinity pool is gorgeous, and there is plenty of over-sized furniture to chill out and soak up the Greek sunshine.
The evenings are just as special, and I am truly convinced this villa has the world's largest outdoor sofa, and we counted 42 scatter cushions. It is therefore possible to enjoy a lovely meal under the canopied BBQ area and sit next to your favorite 40 friends and stare at the stars shoulder-to-shoulder on this amazing sofa.
The bedrooms are stylish, and all (I think) have great views of the ocean. Each is serviced by very large bathroom, and these huge traditional Greek baths which the kids absolutely loved sliding around like little seal pups.
The location is best described as private, completely safe, and splendidly tranquil. Be warned it can get windy in Mykonos, but the villa has been designed so you are always able to find a sheltered spot.
Will we be going back? Yes; next year will be out third family holiday.

My stay was both relaxing and fun!! The beautiful Villa Eurydice is an
awesome place to spend time with loved ones on the wonderful island of
Mykonos.
The location is superb. Private and relaxing surroundings with amazing sea
views across the pool. Close to several beaches and only 10 minutes away
from the stylish shops and restaurants of Mykonos town.
The house is very beautiful and very spacious. Enough room for family and
friends to come and go as they please with beautifully decorated interiors,
plenty of chill-out coves and my favourite, the ping pong games room.
The staff at Eurydice are thoughtful, helpful and charming and the Villa
Crew can organise access to a wonderful chef for at home alfresco dining or
get you a reservation at the best restaurants in town.
Villa Eurydice thinks of everything - I give it five stars. * * * * * -

Left on 10/11/2009 for a stay in September 2009
From the moment we arrived at the villa it was clear we were in for a real treat.
Villa Eurydice is set high on the hill with magnificent views across the bay to Mykonos. The whole complex is finished in white complimenting the picture postcard ideology of the Greek islands.
Upon entering the villa it was evident that external first impressions were consistent throughout the interior. All rooms were finished in white with an arrangement of beautiful artwork strategically placed throughout the building. All bedrooms were beautifully finished with en-suite facilities.
Within the grounds there were two affinity pools, sumptuous sun lounger's and a full size bar area with complete sound system. The chef prepared a variety of evening meals to suit every possible palate.
I would definitely recommend Villa Eurydice if you are looking for a first class holiday retreat for all the family.

Our stay at Villa Eurydice was really good - all 5 bedrooms were comfortable, clean with 2 of them absolutely fantastic. The Villa had enough space to easily accommodate 10 people without feeling overcrowded. The outside area is beautiful, with amazing views over Mykonos town and harbour and virtually half of the island. The service was good and timely. Our hosts were very helpful making sure nothing was missing from a great experience. We had an amazing time together with friends and family and would definitely go back.

My wife and I were looking for an alternative to the hotels in town with a kitchen and amenities so we could feel a bit more at home. Villa Eurydice delivered on every point, while adding in pristine, sweeping views of the sea and surrounding headlands.
Just a couple minute drive from Ornos, and 10 minutes from the action in town (5 minutes if you drive like a local), meant we could relax away from it all, or be in town for drinks in no time.
Caution!: The infinity pools and surrounding terraces will make it tough to venture out to the beautiful beaches, which are also a quick drive.
We're already planning our return. -

We had a great stay at Villa Eurydice. As a group of friends who live all over the world, we came to Mykonos for a reunion. Villa Eurydice was the perfect place for this. Lots of well kept and beautiful rooms, stunning views, friendly staff and overall great facilities.
Days were enjoyed by the pool or in the shade of the veranda. Nights firing up the outdoor Bar B Q and wood pizza oven.
The owner gave us 100% privacy but was available and helpful when needed.
The location could not have been better. Close enough to town for daily grocery shopping to be convenient, but far enough away to feel private and secluded (and so quiet at night). You really have to have a car in Mykonos, no matter where you stay. As we had one, access to beaches was not a problem, although the Villa was so nice we rarely left!
Wifi internet connection was a definite bonus.
Hope to make it back one day! -

From the amazing drive from the airport down the winding roads and along the edge of the cliffs overlooking the sea, to opening the beautiful dark wooden door and looking out on paradise from our own private villa, we were walking on cloud nine the entire time.
