great view, great appartments fully equiped and
traditionally decorated not forgetting the todays
facilities, walking distance from the beach, very
good restaurants in the vicinity and one of the
most beautiful beaches in the island with a very
trendy bar-restaurant where you can enjoy all day.
I have been in Mykonos many times the last 20
years. Staying in these appartments I enjoyed as
well the night with my friends on the terrace. It
is like having your own cottage in Mykonos! And of
course it is up to you to visit the city. Prices
are good and you don't have! to be out every night
like when you stay in a hotel. -

USAGreat Bay Views - quiet location - next to beach and restaura
Left on 12/18/2009 for a stay in May 2009
I went to Mykonos for a medical conference. I chose to stay here because it was close to the convention. After my experience of staying for 3 nights I would definitely go again. The service was great. The buildings are new and the management is very professional.
I could walk to the beach and the restaurant. I rent a car to be able to drive to other locations but there is also the bus option that is very convenient.
What I enjoyed most was the views from my balcony. It was one of the "magazine photo" experiences with great views of the Aegean waters and the moon and at night and the big blue horizon during the day. I ended buying a bottle of Gin and spending hours having long drinks and enjoying the view.
In summary I would definitely go again and recommend it to my friends. -

Athens, GreeceAll in one: view, beach, fun, quiet -- everything Mykonos has to
Left on 12/18/2009 for a stay in July 2008
Wonderful newly built accommodation, with a stellar view of the Aegean sea and the island, a minute uphill from one of Mykonos' top-rated beaches, Kalo Livadi, so close to all the fun and happening at the beach and just about far enough to enjoy absolutely quiet and romantic get-away days and nights. The apartments themselves are amazingly modern and yet impeccably adjusted to the Cycladic architecture, spotlessly clean and fully outfitted with all the comforts of a live-in apartment. A tiny negative aspect that I can think of was mosquitos -- just make sure you pack an insect-repellant and this will be your best vacation possible on Mykonos!

Athens, GreeceSuper cool, super laid back Mykonos digs ...
Left on 11/29/2009 for a stay in August 2008
Where to begin to describe what a delight my stay was last summer?! As a skeptic of the wild party island of Mykonos, I was deeply reserved about heading there on vacation. But what I found was an absolutely yummy surprise!
Peter, an Athens-based architect, was the consummate host: cool and unassuming but always available with a smile and a laid back attitude that is a great breath of fresh air on an island that sometimes takes itself a wee bit too seriously. Staying in the gorgeous location right above one of the most spectacular (and very "in") beaches on the island couldn't have been more perfect! In fact, it was so gorgeous that we hardly ever left the house in the evening but just chilled out listening to mellow music with a bottle of wine and the stars.
I will definitely go back again! The sooner, the better! Thanks again Peter!

SpainA vacation to remember!

Wonderful place to stay with friends or family with amazing view to the sea. The houses are completely new and fully equipped so we didn't miss anything.Furthermore the owner himself lives at a house nearby so if anything comes up he is there to help. You can arrange with him the cleaning service, bed linen is provided so you don't have to bring anything with you besides your own clothes and bathing suit!
The houses are children friendly as well, comfortable with spacious bedrooms and beds, verandas to enjoy the scenery, you can enjoy the view during the day and the evening, it is 5 min. to the beach and this is what I liked the most because the location is one of the most beautiful of the island. The ambiance is so laidback and relaxed that you feel you have no worries.
The only thing is that you have to have a car or motorbike to drive around the area and visit the beaches and the town center but the place is more relaxing than staying in the town and it was worth it.
The price is fair as well, I was surprised at first because usually people here ask for a fortune so I will definetely come back next year and will recommend the place to my freinds as well.
