Adam and Eve are two beautiful villas located up the hill, between Paradise and Paraga, the two most famous beaches of Mykonos Island. Only ten minutes away from the crystal clear waters of the Aegean Sea.

These unique villas offer peace and tranquility like you never experienced before.

White washed walls and impressive architecture with simple lines & clean shapes. Those 250 square meter sea view villas offer beautiful view of Paradise beach. Two large front shaded terraces with a spacious lounge & barbeque dinning area plus, a unique private infinit...y pool with jacuzzi make our houses a dream for friends, families and couples.

A stone fence wall shields the northern side of the houses, keeping them in privacy, relatively secluded and wind sheltered.

The interior is cosy decorated, pristine, and tastefully appointed with comfortable furniture and electric artwork.

Ground floor has a full equipped kitchen, dinning room, and a spacious living room with an eight-seater couch and fireplace. The master bedroom has a cosy queen bed and contains it's own private jacuzzi tub. Two of other three bedrooms have super comfortable queen beds, with the third one containing two single beds. Also a big sofa bed can sleep one more adult guest. All the bedrooms have in-suite bathroom with multi-jet shower panels.

The upper floor has an individual entranced guest house with queen bed, in-suite bathroom, kitchenette and a private terrace with lounge area & sea view. Offering further privacy.

Blue Lagoon Villas can provide everything in a close distance as, restorants, mini market , liquor store, popular beaches with the best beach bars in the island and of course Cavo Paradiso, that was voted at number 12 on dj mag's competition regarding the best clubs in the world.
Taxi call service is available, also only 100 meters away is a 24 hour bus station.

Additional notes from owner

Rates are valid per night, for the whole villa, for up to 8 adult guests with up to 2 babies and 2 toddlers in addition. For larger groups of more than 8 people (max.10) there is the option to book an individual fully equipped Guest house with extra charge.

If you have specific dates in mind we advising booking early as we do get fully booked through-out the season.

Stays of less that 4 nights (or 7 nights for July & August) are available at a 20% surcharge.

To secure your booking, a non-refundable 30% of the requested dates is payable. The full balance is required 8-weeks prior to stay, for bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival the full balance is payable immediately. If the balance is not received 8 weeks prior, we have the right to cancel your booking.

Fully refundable security deposit of 600 EURO is required during your entire stay. This can be paid at the time of booking or preferably paid on arrival by pre-authorising a credit card, or in cash on arrival which is released/ returned upon check-out.

Cancellation terms: 4 weeks or more prior to start date 30%. Within 4 weeks prior to stay 100% of fees.

Payment Methods: by credit card, cash, cheque or bank transfer in Euro, British Pound or US Dollars.

Children are welcome when accompanied by responsible adults. Any damage will be billed to registered adult at full replacement cost, which is at the sole discretion of Blue Lagoon Villas.
Children must be under the constant supervision of their guardians. Do not leave your children unattended at any time. No children under age 17 are permitted to stay at the pool area without an adult.
Blue Lagoon Villas staff will not be responsible for the supervision of children.
Our villas' are not up to par with safety standards or suitable for children under 16 and toddlers.
Blue Lagoon Villas staff, owners and representatives will not carry any responsibility in case of
an accident or injury, during the accommodation period.
An additional waiver form is required to be sign on arrival, regarding parents responsibilities.

  We stayed 7 nights in Mykonos at Villa adam. Lots of time and effort went into the design and furnishings of this conveniently located Villas
  It was such a pleasent experience to watch the sea just in front of us as we opened the window! Also great parties with a outstanding beach and sea view. The rooms were clean and neat and the location was just 2 min walk from Paradise beach. Too bad we went only for a week. But it was a unforgettable vacation still. Tottaly recomended!
