This condo is conveniently located at 48th Ave North in Myrtle Beach just one block off of bypass 17, and close to shopping, entertainment, restaurants and, THE BEACH!

- Service fee - $75 / stay - Fee - check in, cleaning, stocking. This rate is for 4 or under.. Add $10 per each additional person with maximum of six including children of all ages.

A quick note to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay @ Magnolia Place. After all the planning and melee of planning a wedding, we were able to thoroughly relax and enjoy our honeymoon.
All was clean, ready, & equipped to live in. The rental was beautifully appointed & the grounds were very well equipped. We found that we were close to the beach, shopping, & entertainment.
We have raved about our stay so much that a close friend has already called to rent from you fine people.
Keep up the fine work and we will stay with you again.
A few "like to see" items. Wifi, Sandi went through withdrawals w/o Facebook, & update your info in the folder. Cable guide and area info was out of date. This is small and did not detract from the great stay.Response from Fun Stays of CDFS, Inc. - 07/05/2012

Was glad to hear that Magnolia Place provided you with the relaxation you needed and deserved after all the wedding planning and activites. We have subscribed to wifi in the past but cost constrants had us discontinue. We are considering a possible bundle through Horry telephone.
Sorry about outdated info on TV and area. Since the TV is through the association we donot really get anything in the mail that updates us when changes are made in channel asignments. Will have to inquire about that! Tthank you for taking the time to let us know!

This is the second time we have stayed with Fun Stays - Magnolia Place Myrtle Beach South Carolina. The condo is excellent, it has all the amendities, linens, towels, dishes, pans, etc. and a beautiful pool. It is peaceful, quiet and great views of the golf course and pool. There is alot of amusement at Broadway on the Beach for young and old alike. For the shoppers there is the new Tangers Outlet Mall and all the novelity shops. The best its only two blocks from the beach. The name says it all "Fun Stays". Everyone is so nice and it is especially nice to work with Carol and her daughter Michelle.
