The posted rates are the 2013 rates and will apply for all 2013 or 2014 weeks booked and confirmed by the end of 2013. Rates may increase after January 1, 2014. State and local taxes (12%) must be added to the rates above. Rental weeks are from Saturday to Saturday. We will accept nightly rentals of three nights or more during certain times of the year as long as all desired nights fall within one Saturday to Saturday week. Call or e-mail for the nightly rate.

We found this condo just as it had been described in the listing- plenty of amenities, comfortable bedding and a wonderful ocean-front setting. The kitchen had everything we needed and the flat screen televisions were great! The furniture on the balcony was also very comfortable (no plastic stacking chairs here). All e-mails were answered promptly and the reservation and check-in process were oh-so-easy.

Janet & Tom Levine have done an outstanding job making their unit 707 the very best at Maisons-Sur-Mer. You'll find every detail of your stay has been covered and you'll want for nothing. Their "home by the sea" subsequently becomes yours during the duration of your stay. This unit is so clean you smell clean when you walk through the front door. They have thought of everything in making your stay one that you'll always remember. We discovered this wonderful place 11 years ago and have stayed here every year since. We are priviledged to be spending the winter months (2013)here this year and because it feels so much like home, we can't wait to come back. It is absolutely "The best!!!

This is our second stay and we fell in loved all over again. The accomodations are top of line. We travel with my Mom and our teenage son. This condo has enough room for everyone. I have stayed at this condo many, many times, I have also stayed at other condo's at Maisons Sur Mer, however, this one is the one to rent. It is beautifully decorated, conveniently located, you could not ask for anything that is not provided. Comfort and relaxation in a most beautiful place. If traveling to Myrtle Beach this is the place to stay. Try it one time and you will always go back. Diana in WV

We absolutely love staying at this "heavenly" condo on the beach. The views are incredible from each room. The floor plan is great for 2 couples traveling together. It is always spotlessly clean and the security of the building makes you feel safe at all times. We are looking forward to planning our trip for next year already. The owners are very organized and make the rental process easy.

This was our first time at 707 and the 4 adults staying here were very happy with this condo.
It was beautifully furnished and well stocked. The kitchen has everything you could possible need. The layout of the condo was very unique from other places we stayed at. It felt like home. We had a busy week and did many things while in Myrtle Beach but it was so nice to come home to this condo. The furniture and furnishings were tastefull, the beds were comfortable and we all liked the shower heads. So relaxing after a long day.
Janet and Tom were wonderful to deal with and they made the reservation process smooth and easy.
I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated place to call home while away from home. It is also located close to many major attractions in Mryle Beach.
The one thing we did not care for was the check in/out process. We had a few problems. The security in this building is tight and that is a good thing for the safety of the tennants but it did not go smoothly for us.
We had a wonderful vacation in Myrtle Beach and loved your condo. Thank you for allowing us to share you 2nd home. It is truly a beautiful and comfortable place to stay and we hope to come back again.

My wife Pam and I spent the winter of 2011 in Myrtle Beach. The booking and arrival check-in was seamless. The condo was well appointed, comfortable and professionally presented in all aspects of our stay. It felt like home immediately but with direct access to a wonderful sandy beach. I found it amazing that everything that we needed was at hand. In addition to just spending laid back time in 707 I moved my office and worked out of the condo full time. The phone and internet access was again seamless and we found our evenings and weekends full of wonderful diversions. All in all this was a great experience from end to end. We have reserved next winter in 707 as a result.

We had such a marvelous time of fun and relaxation at Tom and Janet's condo in Myrtle Beach. The condo was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking. The location was perfect for shopping, shows and going to Calabash, NC for shrimp. I can hardly wait to plan my next trip to this lovely place.

My family (husband, 2 kids ages 20 and 12) have been going to Myrtle Beach for 20 years and this is one of the nicest condos we've stayed in, There is not a thing that I can think of that the condo lacked. Very roomy and clean, comfortable beds, flat screen TV in every room (including the kitchen), fully stocked kitchen, nice bathrooms, washer and dryer and most importantly a beautiful view of the beach and pool. Another nice touch; During the summer months the condo rental comes with 2 chairs and an umbrella, set up on the beach every day by the life guard. It was a pleasure renting from Janet. She is very professional extremely organized. We will definitely be back next year!!

We absolutely LOVE Masions-Sur-Mer Condo 707. We've rented this unit more years than I can count. The condo is beautifully decorated, modern, clean, and welcoming. The owners have gone out of their way to make their condo feel like home. Every year when we arrive for vacation our family makes a game of going from room to room to see what changes the owners have made from the prior year. They are always finding ways to make their condo more appealing.
We have vacationed in other units at the Maisons, when 707 was not available, but always felt that we really belonged in 707. It's the vacation spot where we feel the most at home. Thanks so much for giving us the opportunity to share in your beautiful home by the sea. -

This condo was more than we expected and then some! It has to be the best equipped, best furnished, with not-a-stone-left-unturned condo that we've ever rented at Myrtle Beach or North Myrtle Beach. The owners have taken impeccable care of the condo; attention has been given to every detail. The kitchen had every appliance and gadget one would ever need; all you need to supply is the food. The cleanliness of the condo is unmatched. The floors were spotless--not a sign of dirt, even after traipsing around in white socks. We highly recommend this condo, and given the opportunity, we will stay there again!

The Condo is very spacious and clean. The pictures on the web site are very repersentive of the way the condo looks. It is well stocked with good quality essentials. The view is great and it was very peacefull when we were there. It is in a good central location and I will try to stay there again if we need a two bedroom. Overall our experience was excellent. I highly recomend it. Just don't take my week.

We’re from Cincinnati and coming to 707 Maison sur Mer is like coming home again each time we visit. The unit is kept up to date with the most modern amenities. What is most important to our family is that the unit is CLEAN. That is always true of 707. No one wants to go on vacation and stay in a place that it not clean. It’s never a worry for us. The Levines do a wonderful job of selecting the best staff to keep 707 clean. We have had relatives stay in other units in Maison and to us there is no comparison. It’s understood that if we are coming to Myrtle Beach for vacation, we’re staying at 707. But, the absolute best part of 707 is the view. It is truly breathtaking. You can see the calming ocean 24x7 from a spacious balcony where you can dine, nap, or entertain. It’s wonderful. Best place to stay in Mrytle!

The owners are the most organized and responsible couple that I have had the pleasure of renting from. Unit 707 in beautiful Maisons Sur Mer is clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The condo is updated on a regular basis and the renter can always be confident of comfort and convenience. Maisons Sur Mer is located just off Restaurant Row, close to golfing and shopping. The weather this year was breathtaking. We were blessed with a perfect vacation and are looking forward to September 2010. What do I like best about Unit 707? The many patio doors and natural lighting with great views of the ocean, pool and Myrtle Beach. Spend some time here, you will never want to go home.

i am happy to submit a review of janet and tom's vacation condo. their unit offers the renter a complete 'home away from home'. it is nothing like any hotel condo unit i had stayed in previously. the accommodations of #707 are extremely unique. the furniture, especially the beds and bedding, are like you would have in your own home. the kitchen had just been updated this time--a flat screen tv in the kitchen!! and, all full size appliances.
the building itself is very comfortable and the grounds are very secure. the first year i stayed at 707 it was just my girlfriend and i. we never felt uncomfortable being 2 woman 'alone'. they have excellent security throughout the building and on the grounds.
the location is perfect for just about anything you want to do. it's close by the major routes to get to your golf, and shopping, restaurants and entertainment very quickly, but just out of the "limelight" enough to be relaxing when you need that to be part of your vacation also.
this year the weather didn't cooperate as nicely as in the past, but it didn't bother me that much and i know it's because of the condo being so comfortable we didn't even mind staying in. my husband was amazed at the fact we had flat screen tv's in each room. there is wireless internet access, a washer and dryer, dishwasher, 2 fitness rooms, the ocean right in front of us..... it is Heavenly !
I have to honestly say there is nothing in the negative I can say about the unit or anything associated with it in the 3 years i've stayed there. I have already requested my week for next year. I would definitely recommend a stay in #707 Maisons sur Mer... you stay once, you'll be spoiled for anywhere else!

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is amazing. It is in a perfect location with beautiful views and extras. It is very secure and clean. The decorating is very well done and comfortable. Fully equiped kitchen, very spacious, and easliy sleeps 7 comfortably. The deck furniture is wonderful, and the beach chairs and umbrella saved us space in our car. This is by far the best place we have ever stayed in Mrytle Beach!

We spent a wonderful week in Janet and Tom's condo and it couldn't have been more perfect. It was exceptionally clean and very spacious. The views from the balconies were just beautiful. Our two sons were right at home with so much to do during the day and videos, board games and flat screen tvs to end the evening.Great family time for all of us! Meals were very easy to manage because the kitchen had everything we needed. The condo complex was well landscaped, very safe with the security gates and the pool was never really crowded(beautiful pool). The boys loved having queen size beds and a large bathroom of their own. Laundry was easy with the full size washer and dryer right in the condo. Janet and Tom were very easy to work with.
