We did go to the beach to relax. And that is what we found. It was the end of biker week however our stay was not interupted to much by noise. The beds were a hit. We went with Ricks parents and our two kids ages 6 and 8. There was plenty of room for all of us.
Mary made it easy on us with a great cleaning staff and unbrella and chairs included on the beach. Wow. She was great.
Thank you Mary we will call to book another stay.

We had an excellent stay at the Seawatch. Mary was very concerned with our satisfaction and attentive to our needs. It was a great condo, no problem with elevators and a great location. We had a great time.

Mary worked with us to rent a condo at the Sea Watch Plantation. I believe it was a friends condo, not hers. However, she was very easy to work with, full of all the answers to my questions!
The condo was bright and clean, kitchen extremely well equipped, beds comfortable as well.
I was very pleased to stay here and would definitely work with Mary again! -

My family and I went to vacation at Seawatch in February 2011. We had been there before in other hotel rooms. Staying this time in Mary Ferguson's condo. The check in was straight forward and easy. The condo had been upgraded and modernized with new flat screen t.v.'s and new furniture. The condo was clean and inviting all the comforts of home were there. You could really tell that the owners had tried to think of everything when it came to the comfort of their guests. The hotel has many pools and hottubs in and out doors. The extras offered are many. \my husband enjoyed the golf tournaments put on every Tuesday. There is amazing shopping and entertainment only minutes away and of course the beach is right there for you to enjoy. Walks on the beach were a daily occurance and we could just sit on our balcony and enjoy it from our room. We have booked with Mary to come again next year and hope that you will book with her too.

Booked at nearly the last minute, the owner was accomodating and helpful. The condo is spotless and well-appointed, and its beachfront location is perfect - the surf and sand are just an elevator ride away. Several pools and attractive grounds add to the appeal. Nearby, grocery shopping and the Tanger Outlet Mall were especially convenient.

Our stay at 501 Seawatch was very relaxing. The resort has many amenties inc. 2 lazy rivers, seveal pools and hot tubs. The condo was immaculate and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. A great value!

We rented from Mary at the sea watch from Sept 6th to the 10th, 2010. The condo was so comfortable and clean not to mention Beautiful.I traveled with my husband and his brother and wife.We all had a great time and plan on renting from Mary again.She gave a great deal and was so nice to us.If you need a vacation this is definitely the place to stay.Thanks Mary, you will definitely be hearing from us again for our next Vacation.

What a wonderful condo! My grandaughter and I spent a week at the beach during her college spring break. The condo was immaculate and what a view! The Seawatch Resort is conveniently located within a short drive of shopping and restaurants. The resort also offered a lot of planned activities for all ages and the pools were really fantastic. Mary Ferguson, the owner of the condo, went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. We will certainly be back again next year.
