We had a wonderful time in SC! The property wa very modern and very clean, and the people at the management company were very professional and very accommodating!! My family loved the property! I am definitely renting this property again next year!

Paid a lower price for a much better view and a gorgeous property in the same resort last last year. The property needs a major update. Absolutely no storage space in the kitchen. Condo says it sleeps 8, that is true if the 8 people want to be cramped and have no clothes to put away. Toilets overflowed, very dirty. I felt like I was reprimanded from property management company for fixing certain issues instead of reporting them but who wants to travel for 3 days to arrive to their condo and have to spend the majority of time on the phone reporting issues and maintenance having to come? Not me!

We have stayed at Seawatch before and our family enjoyed the pools, hot tubs, and of course the beach. My boys (6 and 4) loved the turtle races held in the lazy river every day. It has a nice ocean view and was clean. Storage in the kitchen was tough. We wish there had been an empty cabinet to put dry food stuff but instead left it on the big deal but felt a little cluttered. Although we didn't use them there are some beach chairs, toys, and cooler for guest use which is nice. Location is great near Barefoot Landing and not really far from Broadyway at the Beach. Grocery store close as well as Walmart and the outlet stores. This is a nice unit for a small family an we would stay here again.

We are sad! We had to come home!!! Loved staying at the beach and Seawatch. We join in the activities at the resort and they kept us busy. Don't want to be to nice, I won't be able to book it again!!!!

We like the unit. First time we have rented though VRBO and did not have sheets and towels. I was told and didn't believe it!!! Not even a rag! And miss having a mixer. We really love Myrtle Beach! Will be back!

Great unit with good ocean view. The unit was clean and comfortable with everything you needed. They even stocked beach chairs, umbrella and cooler for your use.

I loved, loved this place. My family of 6 stayed in this 2 bedroom condo at seawatch. It was perfect. Great location right on beach sand so close to barefoot landing and broadway at the beach. It was wondrful!!

When we booked through North Beach Realty and were told that Gulf Front units were unavailable at this property, I specifically asked if the Gulf View units overlooked the pool area and was told that this unit did overlook the pool and that the view was "beautiful". Upon arriving, we found the view did not overlook the pool area, but rather was on the opposite side and overlooked a carport roof and two dumpsters from the neighboring property.
WE immediately contacted the propert group who refused to do anything to address our concerns. Would not offer a different unit or a unit in a different property.
Very disappointing.
The unit itself was clean, though the furniture and features were dated. Shower curtain was cheap and ripped at two hook locations. The kitchen areas was samll with not much cabinet space.
Additionally, the ON button and the UP channel button on the primary remote did not work well and the remote to the 2nd bedroom did not work.
Overall, the unit view was not what we were expecting (or agreed to over the phone with the agent) and he did nothing at all to address our concerns.
The general property itself was nice, and the pool areas were nice. We just wish we could have seen them from our small balcony.
We normally vacation in the Gulf, but thought this would be a nice year to try someplace new. Based on what we are accustomed to on the Gulf, this unit was overpriced and had a view that we never would have agreed to. We'd have looked elsewhere.Response from North Beach Realty - 09/07/2010

We are very sorry that the guest was disappointed in the view from this condo. We believe that our reservationist and website represented the two condos correctly. The photos are clearly labeled as “balcony view” & “resort pool area”.
Guests originally wanted an oceanfront view of which we didn’t have. They were then told about our two ocean view units that were available and were directed to our website to view the actual condos. One unit has a pool, lagoon with limited ocean view, while the other unit has a better ocean view and no pool or lagoon view. I believe this couple merged in their minds the view from both condos. The manager immediately drove to the condo and spoke with the guest. We were completely booked at this point and were unable to move them. Was unable to reach the guest on Monday & Tuesday, manager drove to condo again on Wednesday and spoke with them in person again and they stated the view was not what they wanted , but they were alright.
As far as the dumpsters this condo is on the 10th floor and the dumpster only visible by looking straight down 10 floors. Most guests look out at the view not straight down to the ground.
Again, we are very sorry that the guest was disappointed.
