Terrific Vacation at the Myrtle Beach Resort

Our large 2 bedroom/2 full bath MYRTLE BEACH RESORT condo is fully furnished and up-to-date. We have many exras. We have a hair dryer in each bathroom; a TV in both bedrooms plus the one in the Living Room. We have a Balcony Box that is filled with fun items for the ocean front. the LAZY RIVER is a 1 minute walk from our front door. An indoor pool with a hot tub is a 2 minute walk. The ocean-front pool is a 3 minute walk with the Atlantic Ocean being a minute or two, depending upon the Tide.

... Also, no charge WI-FI.

There are many things to do at the Resort. Swimming in the Ocean, an outdoor pool, an indoor pool or even in an Indoor-Outdoor pool are all options for you. The LAZY RIVER has a large Hot Tub, an adult pool, a children's pool, a wading pool, a Bucket Dump, a Mushroom Shower and a Tower of Rain for everyone's enjoyment Then you can take a long ride on the Lazy River. There are plenty of tubes for eveyone. The Sun Bathing on the Deck is also good. If you are hungry or thirsty, try out the refreshment stand that is attached to the two bath houses. Try a SUN DECK on the 5th floor of the A Building. We have very nice chaise lounges for your use while you lay there listening to the sea and feeling the warm breezes waft across your body.

Laying Out is always IN. The ocean front is always nice, All of the pool decks can be good choices. The four 5th Floor SUN DECKS on the A Building are Great.

Walking is also fun. The beach is always good. Be warned, the Pier looks close BUT it is further away than it looks. You can also walk around the Resort and find the many amenities from a putting green to a bocci ball court.

Beach Volleyball is IN. Try the court on the ocean front. Basketball and tennis are also fun. The courts are lighted if you want to play at night.

We have a library and also work out rooms. We have outdoor Grills with picnic tables. There is a playground for the younger set. Sitting in an adult swing and looking at the ocean is relaxing.

If you want to explore nature, we have 2 very good State Parks near the condo. There is also a boardwalk throught a Salt March in Murrell''s Inlet - a fantastic place for fresh seafood at reasonable prices. There is also Brrokgreen Garden; it is a world class park with outdoor sculptures thoughout the grounds of this old Rice Plantation.

Water slides, amusement parks and great minature golf courses abound near the condo. Also there are over 40 Golf Courses within 20 minutes of our condo.

Live theatre in Myrtle Beach is also first class. There are 6 major venues for your enjoyment. We also have large FLEA MARKETS for those who like to shop for bargains and unusual gifts. There is a lot of Speciality shops as well as Discount Stores in the area.

We have Guest Information Data Sheets that we can share with you. Send us an e-mail request and they will be sent to you, usually within 24 hours.

We have also made it easy for our Guests to be able to check-in no matter when they arrive. We will have sent you a Paid Gate Pas for your car and we eill have filled in most of the data to make chek-in even faster. Our Cleaning lady does a good job so you will find a Clean condo with Clean Linens and towels. YYou will also find that you HAVE: toilet paper; soap for the bathrooms, dishwasher and clothes washer; paper towels for the kitchen; seasonings for your cooking needs; etc.

We also contact our Guests when they are at the Resort to make sure things are going well and all questions are answered. We believe in Quality Customer Service.

You will enjoy this Gated Community. Safety and road noise are never concerns. The resort is kept in immaculate condition. You will enjoy the manicured grounds.

You can even have a picnic at the Resort. We have a small Live Oak grove of trees just outside of our balcony. You will find 2 picnic tables and 2 charcoal grills for your use. If you want 'a very neat experience', try a Picnic.

Our condo is located in a gated community. There is so much to do. We are located on the beach and there are 5 pools, lazy river and hot tubs. The pools are both inside and out.

The area has wonderful seafood restaurants. Murrells inlet is close by as well as Pawleys Island. You can attend live theater, golf, or just walk the beach and relax. There is never a lack of activities.

  Our babies loved the pools, our teenagers made lots of friends and ran around the resort all week, and my husband and I loved the beach and oceanside bar. Overall, it was a great vacation!

  This is I think our 6th year renting from Larry, He has always been great to work with. We can't imagine ever staying anywhere else. Every year there are updates to the condo. Such a nice place to stay!!

  We have stayed in the condo each summer for several years. There are new upgrades each summer that make the condo even more comfortable. Larry and Jane are super nice people to rent from. We would not dream of staying somewhere else. It feel like home away from home to us.

  Fun at the beach and more

  This was a nice area with plenty of extra stuff to do. We went mini golfing, a minor league baseball game, shopping and many great restaurants. A little more crowded than we were used to but still very nice. We would go back maybe in the off season.

  It was a nice place to be, very comfortable, everything we needed was there. Beds were ok in the kids’ room; bed was perfect master bedroom. A small kitchen, but a lot of daylight, which we liked very much. Cozy living room. It was a soft mood decoration everywhere in the condo perfect for vacation. Balcony was very long with 2 patio doors, nice but needed to be cleaned up. Many of the toys were broken, but we had brought our own. Windows and picture frames where not clean anywhere in the condo. Bathrooms were clean enough. We did not found it so clean, but for the week, we manage to live with it. Many documents to help us choose what we want to do, where to eat, where to go. The resort is very nice, we mostly went to the kids pool, lazy river and pool by the beach, and the beautiful beach. We had rented chairs 2 plus umbrella. 30.00 a day or 130.00 for all week. It is not said there, you have to see the lifeguard for the chair. We loved our vacation, the resort and Broadway at the beach, we went twice.
  Ripley,s aquarium is so beautiful. We also went walking on the boardwalk; there is a parking 6.00 dollars and open 24hours a day. Ripley’s museum is boring. Myrtle Beach is very nice place to go. We enjoy our vacation very much.
