Conveniently located along Shore Drive, A Place At The Beach IV offers very affordable two bedroom/ two bath condos, which comfortably accommodate up to six people. Each beautifully landscaped, three-story phase has an outdoor swimming pool plus an outdoor charcoal area and coin-operated washer/dryer facilities in the building. These condos are Oceanside with beautiful views of the beach and Atlantic Ocean. Families and friends come to APATB IV year after year to share a great vacation.
APATB IV is centrally located in the northern end of Myrtle Beach close to major attractions, shopping, dining, golf, plus much more.

Bathroom in main bedroom VERY SMALL! Also bed not very comfortable. No AC in other bedroom with 2 twin beds. Very uncomfortable! Other than that, stay was good.

When we arrived finding the location wasn't too hard. But if there is a security Guard on guard, please don't ask him for help. He won't know what you are talking about.
Overall trip was fantastic! Family didn't want to leave. Had a 19 month old and she enjoyed the "big" water so much and so glad it was right out the back door (a few steps we had to track down). We had a great time, despite the unusual cool weather. Property was in a great location and pretty well maintained. Our unit was a bit dated, but clean and sufficient for a week long stay. We would stay here again.

The condo was very nicely done. A beautiful spot oceanview. But, we need more toilet paper, knives and spoons, we don't have towels for drying dishes. Not very comfortable double bed. Even so we are satisfied with the condo and we had a great time.

We will bring the utensil and bed issue to the owners attention. For future guests, our rental company, as almost all other rental companies in the area, provide a starter kit for toilitries, soap, dish soap, and paper towels. The units do not provide dish sponges etc...

Found bugs and lots of dirt in both bathrooms. Had a wonderful time. my family has rented through you many times and hope to do again real soon.

We did find a couple of fleas on the the couch in the living room. However it was not enough to ruin our stay. I did not think pets were allowed so we were shocked to see fleas.
