I originally booked the Land's End condo. The rental office gave me the key and told me it was fine to check-in but when we arrived, we found that someone else was staying in our condo and it had not been cleaned. We went back to the rental office and waited on the assistant manager to arrive. I asked the assistant manager how she planned to accommodate us for this terrible inconvenience and she told us there was nothing that she could do but refund us our money back, disregarding the fact that we had traveled 4 hours and would probably have trouble finding another place to stay. The assistant manager showed no compassion at all. They finally found another place for us to stay. The condo that I had to settle for was not on the same scale as Land's End. It was very old, smelly and outdated. The unit was not even clean when we arrived. We had to waste another 2 hours of our vacation so that they can clean it before we got settled in. Overall, I was very disappointed and will not recommend this company to my friends or coworkers. The company was unwilling to fully compensate me for my inconvenience.

Do I really need to say more? Oh but I can. Two of our party were sick by the middle of the week and we were only in the place for sleeping purposes. The smells were overwhelming.

I Must say that this is one of the best places that i have ever stayed at. The frount desk people are out of this world.!!!!!! i would recommend this place to any and everyone that needs a vacation stay

If you have a family of up to 6 and are looking for an affordable, conveniently located place to stay at Myrtle Beach, then A Place At The Beach V is an excellent choice. Close to the beach, close to most restaurants, stores, and attractions. This condo was the epitome of convenience. If I am able, I would choose to stay here again.

NEED CHANGE THE SHOWERS IN TWO BATHROOMS
NED WASH THE CARPET MY 2 TIMES A MONTH BECAUSE SMELL LIKE "PEE' AND YOU OFFERD WIFI AND YOU DONT' HAVE IT IN THE UNIT AND NEED HIRE A COMPANY CABLE AND THE IMPORTANT PART IS THE HAVE A LAUNDRY ROOM IN THE UNIT AND IS PERFECT , THANK YOU FOR GIVING US A GOOD VACATION. -
