Brigadune is a beautiful property that has large oceanfront balconies with oversized sliding glass doors to enjoy the views from either inside or outside the condo. You can enter the balcony from either the spacious living area or master bedroom. Large dining area for entertaining and fun game nights are sure to be a hit. Location, Location, Location Close to Ocean Annies, Harry the Hats, The Bimini Oyster Bar, Sandals, Chucks Steak House, numerous golf courses and the beach. What more could you ask for? (Fun, Sun, Great Food & Golf)

Had a lovely stay. The only problem was 3 keys were issued and only 1 key would unlock the main door to the complex after hours. After our stay were were charged for damages we did not make and we had reported to company. The manager looked into the matter and found out we were innocent of damages and had our money quickly refunded. Thank you management team.

When we arrived at Brigadune, the room was really hot, the floors were not clean, and it looked like it had not been vacumed. Out of 5 beds, there were enough sheets to cover 2 of the twin beds. The rest of the sheets did not fit and may have had 2 flats, but no fitted, etc. By then Myrtle Beach Vacation Rentals was closed. So, we had to go to Wal Mart and buy sheets. They did reimburse us for those, but still, it is the principal of the point. We also did not have enough towels or wash cloths. We were given 3 keys. Only one of the keys worked in the outside bldg lock you had to use if you came in after 10:00. So, it was a pain having to have people come down to let you in every time you came in after 10:00 (which was every night). And if the after hours staff had to let you in, they were not happy. They were not friendly at all. We asked a maintenance worker on Sunday after we arrived if there was an ice machine around. They said "Are you an Owner"? and we said "No, we are renting from an owner" and he said "then, no, we dont have one" which I thought was rude. Also rediculous that there was no ice machine available. Toward the end of our stay the refrigerator started leaking. We kept towels around it for the last day and told the rental place about it at checkout. It was just another something to deal with. Other than the location, this was not a good place to stay. We paid over $1800 with a 30% discount, which is a rediculous price for this place. You all have my city listed as Gibsongille, and it should be Gibsonville, NC.

Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. In any future case and to our future guests, if there are linen issues or appliance issues, simply call us. Just becasue the office is closed does mean we do not have maintenance on call 24 hours a day. All guests are provided with after hours instructions. We'll be more than happy to fix any mistakes we have made.

Great first time experience with MB Rentals. I will definitely use them again!! Brigadune is like a 2nd home to us so nothing new there...just good comfort.

We stayed for a long weekend at Brigadune in unit 14B. It was a little dated but certainly nothing to complain about.
I thought it was a great location. Walk to Ocean annies, Flip Flogs probably even Harry the Hats to enjoy drinks, entertainment, etc but return to a nice quiet ocean front location.
With this said I had never been to Myrtle Beach before. -

The accomodations were wonderful. I knew there wouldn't be tons of frills since it was a residence as opposed to a hotel/resort. The landscaping and entire area was beautiful. The only issue I had was picking up the keys, since we came in late. It was also my fault since I had not really read the itinerary that thorough. Would highly recommend this place and the MBV staff.

Horrible experience with MB vacation rentals. 1st-rented condo to me at Sands Dunes and had no access to water park. Did not disclose this on webiste. Moved us to Brigadune. Had maintenance issues there. Worst vacation at Myrtle Beach. I will not recommend MB vacation rentals nor will I rent from them.
