We were not happy with the condo itself. I had to clean the stove as it was so gross. The sinks and toilet were okay but the floors were bad. No one ever cleaned even close to the floor edges. The water wasn't hot and the dishes in the dishwasher were disgusting. I only cooked once and I couldn't do it again. The washer and dryer also were in very bad shape and caused lint all over our clothes. The vacuum cleaner was horrible and was a waste of time to run. I will say that the maintenance service was very good and the people in the office were very accommodating. We would never stay in that building again.

To future guests, this individual stayed at this property for 28 days. It is unclear why these issues are being addressed two months after checking in as we have had no complaints from guests checking in after. We will be sure to double check but have had no issues before or after.

We loved the location! We've been coming to the beach for the last 9 years and this is the BEST location yet! Only minutes from Barefoot Landing, Broadway or the Sky Wheel!It's almost like a private beach! Lovely condo, nice people(rental company,caretakers on-site and other renters!) We would DEFINATELY stay here again! The only downside:the dryer took 3-4 cycles to dry loads, the dishwasher had standing water in the bottom and the towels we were given left huge amounts of lint in the dryer...and on YOU! All in all a great stay and we had a blast!

We have stayed at Lands End severval times, each time was great. My only problem is we were not allow to bring our dog, Therefore we stoped going since 1995. We are about to adopt another dog ,so until the rules change,it will be a number of years before we could return. Allow the dog, wewould return next summer
