Sorry for the owners of this condo, but getting this space for a review seems the only chance to criticize Flip Key. Either they don't follow tour requests to the owners, or the owners do not know they must get back to us! I put in 5 requests and never had any feed back. After 4 weeks of waiting, we went another way to find a place to stay in Myrtle Beach.
Do not count on Flip key to help you! -

Where to begin, toilet leaned to one side because the floor is rotted under it. Bucket filled with water that drained into it from air conditioner. Shower was totally dark, and oh by the way the curtain was on inside out. The tub slanted forward. The oven didn't work. Carpet was dirty. The pool key was hidden, we just happen to find it. The patio door was so hard to open and close. I think that should be enough of a review. I forgot to mention that when I used my hair dryer it blew a circut breaker.

Convenient location, great for the price. Property needs some upgrading but overall, very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were clean, management is awesome and respond very quickly if needed ! Definitely recommend this place if you are not looking to

We have been to the Shore Drive area of Myrtle Beach many times and have stayed at Shipwatch Pointe three times. We liked the location of this unit, but the carpeting and small bathroom could use updating, along with the twin mattresses. The rest of the
unit was fine including the deck, living room and kitchen. The pool and grounds are very nicely maintained and the location is very nice and appealing, easily walkable to the beach. Shore Drive is our favorite area! -

This unit was the dirtyest we ever rented.From dust bunnies hanging fro the ceiling,very dirty carpet,dresser drawers that don't work properly,shower water valves don't work right,tv is terriable,living room furniture is uncomfortable, master room mattress is very hard found a piece of plywood under the mattress.For the kind of money we spent I was very dissatisfied with it.I wouldn't recommed this place.

the unit was not clean when we checked in, there was sawdust in all the cupboards in the kitchen and the floor and rungs were dirty
