This is our 7th time staying at Kingston. We really enjoy the amenities and the Kingston environment is so family oriented. We enjoy the townhome units. This was the first time staying in Windermere. This unit could stand some upgrades and renovating, starting with the sofa,carpet and sunroom furniture. It is beyond cleaning and for a few $100's could really upgrade the unit. We threw a blanket on the sofa, just so we could sit down. In addition the kitchen was missing some necessities: broiler pan for oven, baking sheet, steak knives. I bought some and left them behind. The beds did sleep well and are a good size. Generally we are supplied the first toiletries (bath tissue, dishwasher detergent, paper towels). The agency who handle the rental of this unit were GREAT. ANY questions or issues were addressed immediately. I am certain we will use them again, but probably on another unit.

My vacation at Winderemere was excellent maybe 5mins from the beach 2mins from the pools!! The house was very spacious! The only thing I would change would be the twins beds .maybe make into a full or queen size bed. especially when its all adults. The T.V. up in the loft didn't work even after they changed it out! It really didn't matter e were on vacation! Other then that it was excellent! We are planning on coming back next year!!

The family loved the grounds, ponds with ducks and walkways where we took morning walks. The pools were clean and alot of fun. We had a great time. The house 3F had alot of room and was very clean.

We waited over an hour at the rental agency to check-in. The property was supposedly being clean. Upon arriving to the property, we noticed there were carpet stains throughout, the vinyl floor was sticky throughout, and the sofa in the living room was dirty! The thing that irritated me the most was the lack of internet (wifi). I specifically contacted the rental agency about the property having internet connection and they assured me that this property had internet. After trying to connect to the internet wiouth success, I called the rental agency 3 times before they could give me an answer. It turns out the home owner had disconnected internet service weeks before we arrived! Thanks for the notice!!!!! I had to pay out of pocket ($77) to use the Hilton's internet. I requested to be reimbursed for internet fee and to date, I have not heard a word from the rental agency.

Check in begins at 3 PM and units are available as they become readied. This is no different than any other hotel or vacation rental company. The guest was refunded the $77. For future guests, if at any time the property is not cleaned to you specifications, simply call the office and we'll be right back out to fix it.

This property was perfect for my party of 9. We had 9 grown adults down for 4 days to play as much golf as possible. The condo was very spacious and clean. It had a place for all 9 of us to sleep comfortably and may showers and bathrooms to where everyone could get ready at once. The location inside Kingston Plantation was great! It also was ver picturesque and right across the street from the beach. I would definately recommend this place to stay. Definately would come back

I went with a group of women for a week long conference at Kingston Plantation and we rented a Villa. It was sooo comfortable. There was lots of space to hang out but also opportunities to be alone. Great balconies and porches for sittin'. No view of the ocean, just the high rise hotels between you and the beach but the view of the lake and surrounding landscaping made up for it. You still got the ocean breezes and the sand was just a short stroll away. Lots of paths for runners and shopping and eats are a short drive away. Great gym and huge indoor pool and jacuzzi.

Condo was in a great location. The condo itself needs some upgrades. Carpet very dirty(stains) Just run down from renting. But we had a blast, Would come again
