Pelicans Landing offers oceanfront, ocean side or second row condos in either of the four floors in multiple buildings. The buildings offer elevator service and all condos are equipped with a washer and dryer. You can enjoy swimming in either the beautiful beachfront pool or the courtyard pool and there is a playground for the younger folks. Grilling on the outdoor charcoal BBQ is always a big hit. Pelicans Landing is close to the famed “Restaurant Row”, Barefoot Landing, golf courses, shopping, outlets and numerous entertainment and amusement venues. I have been a customer of Chicora and then subsequently Myrtle Beach Vacation Rentals for at least the last 15 years. We annually rent at least 2 units (often) 3 in Pelicans Watch in May and often 1 unit in November. This year when we arrived there were 2 rolls of toilet paper provided for each unit and 2 small bars of soap. We rented the unit for 6 days. Upon the 3rd day I called your office asking for some more supplies and was told that it "was your policy" to only provide a "starter package". We have never encountered this before and I asked the individual to whom I spoke to raise this issue with your Manager expecting that it would be looked into. I have heard nothing back. This last trip cost us over $3,600 in total rent for the 3 rooms and expecting more than 6 bars of soap and 6 toilet papers for 8 people over 6 days is, in our minds, not unreasonable. To have your Manager ignore my inquiry after having been a loyal customer for over 15 years is insulting. We are extremely dissappointed in this type of attitude and service and you can be rest assured we will be seeking alternative arrangements for our upcoming trips to Myrtle Beach.
