It is only 10 - 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Jetport and 6 miles from the beach. You will be very comfortable in this 1,478 square foot unit which comfortably sleeps up to 6 people. Come stay at our Grande Villa condo and enjoy the impressive landscaping and immaculately tended grounds. The condo is situated on the final hole of the "Open" Course (which emulates the 18th hole at St. Andrews) and has a terrific panoramic view of the course.

Cancellation Policy: A 100% refund less a $35 service fee will be provided if the unit is re-rented for the same time period for at least the same amount of rent. If you cancel 46 days or more before your arrival date, the renter(s) will be responsible for 50% of any rents not received/loss. If you cancel 45 days or less before your arrival date, the renter(s) will be responsible for 100% of any rents not received/loss.
Other Fees: There is a refundable security deposit.

This 3 BR, 3 bath condo was so comfortable and convenient for us in every way. Each of us had the privacy needed, and the kitchen, dining room and living room were just right for our family. The pool and workout room were a nice plus, and the view from our balcony over the greenway was wonderful.
Everything we wanted to see and do was just minutes away, so we enjoyed great beach fun, entertainment, shopping and food. Our time together in the condo was fun and relaxing, since everything we needed for dining, cooking, sleeping and bathing was in abundant supply.
Thanks! I recommend this condo to anyone who wants to be close to everything without having to miss family time or pay high prices to stay right on the beach. -

My family and I loved this place. The condo is beautiful and quiet and the view from the master bedroom is awesome. We loved having our own kitchen and washer and dryer while we were on vacation. We also appreciated having three full bathrooms. There was a clean and nice swimming pool outside and our daughter really liked that.
This condo is a only a short drive to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and attractions.
You won't find a better deal.

This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach, and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. At first we were looking for a place to stay ocean front, then a friend recomended the Bishop's condo. It was exactly what we needed. Everyone had their own room and bathroom so privacy wasn't an issue. We made use of the barbecue grill at the pool a few evenings and were able to relax at night on the balcony overlooking the golf course. The price of this place can't be beat. We were looking at paying twice as much for a third of the space. We were able to enjoy more of what Myrtle has to offer with the money we saved on a place to stay. The next time we decide on a beach vacation we will for sure be staying at one of the Bishop's condos.

Recent golf vacation for four guys and stayed at this wonderful condo. Everything was great, centrally located, all amenities that one would require, well furnished and maintained. Don was easy to work with durng our rental transactions. Already planning on coming back next year. No complaints from any of the four of us. Thank you for a great place to stay.

This was our 3rd visit to this condo, so we knew what to expect. Our group include my wife, three widows, and myself.(all senior citizens). Everything was first class, and we all enjoyed the week. We will probably return Oct., 2011.

This condo had the most relaxing atmosphere and it was only 5 minutes from everything at Myrtle Beach.The condo was big with a beautiful view of the golf course, and it was decorated very nice.It was also a very affordable vacation, especially with all that was included.

We were very pleasantly surprised at how nice the condo was. Very comfortable and just like being home away from home. I was worried before we arrived that it would be too far from everything at the beach, but not at all. A few minutes to any of the popular places was all. We were very happy with our stay and will for sure be back again!

very nice, affortable and convinence place to stay. There were only a few things we didn't like, as such as the fan in the living room wasn't working which owner of the condo left us a little note by the switch telling us the part was placed in order , a remote for the one of the tv was missing, over all the place was clean but just need little bit more TLC, and no hot tub @ pool area.

The fan light part that was on back order was received and the fan light is working again. The TV remote was just misplaced inside the condo and has been located. We take great pride in keeping the condo in excellent condition.

My family and I enjoyed our recent stay in Myrtle Beach immensely. The condo was perfect. There was ample room, and plenty of things for us to do. The convenient location allowed us to fully experience Myrtle Beach and all it has to offer. I have already recommended this condo to others, and hope to return soon!
