Brighton Penthouse 2109 was an ideal unit. The only problem we had was that the listing listed a sleeper sofa which we anticpated using and found out on our second night after the last of our family arrived. This was an inconvenience since my son and his wife had to spent their first night on the floor. We call Grandstand rentals the next morning, they were very apologetic and were not aware that the owners had purchase a new sofa. We asked for a blow up bed, we were told they would get back to us if they had one, we waited all day and had to go out that evening and purchase our own. We called the next day and also waited all day for a manager to call back. We finally got the Grandstrand manager on the phone on the third day. They did give us a prorated discount refund for our inconvenience and offer on day 3 to send us an air bed. We understand how the "sleeper sofa" info was not updated, but we were very dissapointed by the slow response to our problem. All in all we will definetely go back to the Brighton at Kingston Plantation we love the resort and location. We may consider renting from another rental agency.

This unit is everything as advertised.The exception is the maintenance issues we encountered, however the folks at Grand Strand quickly addressed and made them a non-issue. We will rent again frm Grand Srand and this uitin particular.
