This was an absolutely gorgeous condo with an amazing view! The furnishings and finishes are great and the sheets were of good quality (that's important to me). The location is very convenient to shopping and great restaurants. Plus there were a few issues (shower door stuck, door to extra unit closed and locked) and Grand Strand Rentals had someone there almost immediately. Very impressive! My whole crowd loved it!

This trip was a senior trip for my youngest daughter. I brought her and her bf down we werein Brighton Towers for 5 days. It was absolutely perfect, the unit the plantation, the beach and the area. I absolutely love it!!!

Many things did not sit well with me renting with this company number one problem. From the moment I rented from this rental management company I had and uneasy feeling. I made the mistake of asking them to send me a breakdown of all the rental prince quoted. Wanted Rental price + Taxes + any fees + Cleaning to know what I was paying for. You would have thought I was asking top secret information from the CIa government.I have alot of experiences with high taxes and security deposits, admin/procesing fees,cleaning fees.. just tell me straight up and he would not do it and was offended that I asked. I researched the reviews of condo condo#907 at the Brighton When we got there to pick up the key the lady said ok here are your keys to 2107 at the brighton. I said that is not unit i booked. She said oh they must have moved you. I said why would do that without telling me. She said not sure but it is a better unit it is the penthouse Penthouse only meaning on the very top floor. I am afraid of heights did not impress me at all but what choice did i have they obviously rented the unit i booked right out from under me for whatever reason. The unit 2107 did not meet my expectation. firt the Kitchen was the poorest stocked kitchen i have ever rented, pots and pans lacking only a couple other pans such as baking sheets were not provided. only a few cabinets of dishes. there were lots of cabinets but probably 75% or more were completely empty. The furnace was so loud that it kept us up. the dryer was falling apart and making a loud noice and kept cutting off. several receptacles did not work found out when left phones charge all night and morning resulted in no charge so moved to another receptacle. Toilet in the master bath water ran constantly and could get it to stop. 2nd bathroom toilet stopped up and obviously had happened before because plunger was right beside the toilet.

I am sorry you did not get what you expected during your stay. I checked the logs and no calls from this unit were made to us during your stay concerning issues we need to address. This is one of the best units in Brighton. It has been well appointed and cared for by us and the owner. This unit is asked for more than any other we manage. The plunger is standard equipment so that we are not called out every time there is a stopped up toilet. The kithchen has the necessary sset up for 8 people but is not stocked for baking.
When you book a reservation with us, we provide a total cost to you with no additional charges added after. It is not that we would not provide a breakdown but we do not feel it necessary to provide our costs for housekeeping, linens and reservation fees when we include it in the rate. Once you accept our price, there are no other charges to stay with us. The linen and cleaning cost are a contract charge that we do not mark up and pass along in the rate.
This is the first time we have been asked to break down our rate provided for services when all is included.
Issues that arise duing a stay are quickly addressed by our staff and we would have been glad to help had we been notified of issues. -

The accomadations were for the most part more than adequate and better than average. The thing that made it disappointing was the major mechanical noise both day and night---was bearable in the waking hours but very difficult to sleep. I like the isolation of the three bedrooms which gives privacy to occupant of each room. The condo is well decorated with quality furniture and accessories. The only other major default in the condo is the middle guest bath which needs noise insulation and an exhaust fan. The absence of these presents potential embarassment and lack of privacy.

Just got back after a week at 2107 Brighton Tower (Penthouse). What a nice place. Three bedrooms, two of which are very large and three big bathrooms. It also has a full kitchen and a kitchenette. Tv's everywhere and a dining area, living room and breakfast bar. The pictures on the web site are exactly as the place appears. The view overlooks the beach looking north. Parking is easy with a garage attached to the building. Comes with a pool and a two minute walk to the beach. If you want bar/lounge/restaurants walk next door to the Embassy Suites. It was everything we had hoped for when we rented it.
