This is such a great space. I was here at the end of Febuary on a marriage retreat. With 6 couples. Everyone in our group really loved it. We did have some small maintenance issue but it was addressed and fixed with no problems. I had no problems with getting in touch with Mr.Smith.
I would go back. -

My family and I went to visit extended family in Myrtle Beach last week (Feb 2-5) and stayed here. What we liked best? We all fit, the place was spacious yet cozy, and the adults played a round of free golf (nice treat). What did we like the least? No pets. Overall great experience and successful family get together.

This unit is right across from the beach and within easy driving distance to Broadway on the Beach which has tons of things to do/restaurants. It is also right next to an amusement park. The first few days of our trip were rainy so it was nice to have things other than the beach close by to do.
The unit was the perfect size for our group of three families. The bedrooms were nicely furnished and the kitchen had what we needed for breakfast and lunch (we ate out most nights). There is a Food Lion close by too for groceries. The carpet was a bit worn down on the stairs and needs a good shampooing but otherwise, the unit was clean. There is also a nice pool in the unit with a cool water park type section for little kids.

Liz, thanks for your kind comments. We've since steam cleaned the carpets. Sand, beach, and lots of kids cause them to get dirty quickly. We have them steam cleaned about 3 or 4 times a year, and just had it done last weekend.

Five families stayed at condo with children. There was plenty to do - pool, beach, entertainment, food and shopping all minutes away. The condo was nice with 6 bdrom and 5 bath. two fridgerators and complete kitchen with pots, pans and utensils. all rooms had tvs in them if you needed to get away from the group. Having one pool key among all of us was a bit nuts but all worked out. Parking was not too bad, many people would park without a pass but there is a guard on duty at night and he would have cars towed if no pass in car. Beach is right across the street, waves are great for boogie boarding. i would recommend this condo and go back again

carpet is Filthy! ants everywhere in bathrooms -on towels ,in showers, on walls and counters! Bare bones furnishings and cookware.Hey Parker ,ever hear of nonstick cookware? Unit sleeps 22 but has a tiny table that seats 8 at most. The unit was so dirty when we checked in. Crushed crackers all over the stairs! Avoid this unit!!! 14 lounge chairs by the pool for all the units -not nearly enough. 1 family from 1 unit took them each day. There is room for many more!!

Tenant called to report ants, and we had exterminator out the following day. With kids leaving popsicle sticks, soda, and ice cream in this family environment, it's hard to stay ahead of the ants in the heat of the summer.
Tenant never called to report what they mention above. It's impossible to fix what I do not know about. I wish they had communicated the issues while they were here so that I could try to resolve.
I do have beach chairs in the closet, along with other beach toys. Perhaps that wasn't enough. Had I known this was an issue, I could have addressed. -

Overall the Unit is very nice. It is huge!!! We had ten people total, and everyone had their own bed. There was never a time that anyone felt like they were in someone else's way. The kitchen setup is nice, but missing a few of the essentials like a can opener. For a unit with a large space and a huge kitchen, the cooking supplies were limited, but did work, but we also had our own electric griddle.
Again overall was great and Parker called to see if we needed anything and he also stopped by with some towels to begin the trip. He also notified us an warned us about the parking permit as he had a report some people were not displaying theirs. it was not us, but still nice in case it would have been beats getting towed!!! It was a nice unit I would look at using again.
