To anyone heading to Myrtle Beach it would definitely be worth your while to check this condo out. It is extremely well equipped for your stay and very close to the beach. The condo is very up-to-date and clean. My sincere thanks to the Lynches for allowing us to stay at their beach home. Hopefully God willing we will be back again.

This condo is on the ground floor in an older, multi-story unit one row back from the beach. The condo and the grounds are clean and well-maintained. The Lynches are great to rent from and take very good care of the property. We had some special needs and requests and they went the extra mile to provide everything we asked for. Access to the beach is easy, and the location is quiet (except during bike week) and convenient to shopping, restaurants, movies, and all that Myrtle Beach has to offer. Be aware that the rental contract does not allow pets, and also guests cannot park motorcycles on the property.

The Mariner's Cove condo is very inviting. It is well decorated. We chose the optional linen service, and everything was as described. The beds were made, towels, etc., were in place. Working with Brian and Debbie is very easy and smooth. The furniture is very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. Just like home. Mariner's Cove is in the Shore Drive section of Myrtle Beach. Shore Drive is not a through street, because of a tidal marsh at the end of the street. Therefore, the traffic is not heavy. The area is quiet. The tidal marsh is in itself quite picturesque, with lots of different birds and plants. It adds to the relaxed environment. Mariner's Cove ia across the street from the ocean. Beach access is right across the street and is an easy 4 minute walk. The Sands Ocean Club is also across the street, and features an outdoor bar with a live band, which is open to the public. It is a great area for relaxing and having a good time. The Mariner's Cove complex includes a large pool, which is very well maintained. The Shore Drive area provides easy access to all that Myrtle Beach has to offer. The immediate area provides several restaurants, shopping (Tanger Outlet Mall, WalMart, and a wide variety of other shops), and a grocery store, all without having to go out on the dreaded Route 17 highway. Our favorite places to eat are Greg Norman's for lunch on the patio overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway and the Pizza Chef for pizza. We would highly recommend this condo as an ideal place to stay when visting Myrtle Beach.

It is our first vacation in Myrtle Beach and there was so many condo's to choose from, but when I read the review's from mariner's cove,I said to myself,this sounds like a good place to stay and the price was righ. So I booked my vacation with Lynch's condo and you know what? I am very very glad I made that move! The condo was perfect and clean and everything you need was there. The location was great too,the beach was across the street and walk through the parking lot and your there!The malls and all the attractions are a short drive away. The grounds and parking lot at mariners cove are well kept like a 5 star hotel. We love the condo so much that we booked our next year vacation already!!!Thank Brian and Debbie Lynch for a great stay and an awesome vacation!

This is our third year going down and we have a great time. The beach is across the street, we hang out by ocean annie's and listen to the band while we sun bathe and swim. There is always something to do. The condo is clean and well kept. It is in a convenient location in he myrtle beach area.

Mariners Cove condo has everything you need to enjoy Myrtle Beach! Location, right across from the beach, a huge pool, Ocean annie's live music everyday on the beach! The condo is well equiped with everything you may need for your vacation. Room to spread out and a quite area to relax during your vacation. You really need to stay at Mariners Cove to appreciate all it has to offer!!

Mariners Cove is in a great location, close to everything including the ocean. The unit is conveniently located on the first floor and has a nice view of the sunsets from the screened in porch. It is well equiped with everything you could possibly need. We had a very relaxing week in Myrtle Beach. Looking forward to the next time. Joan & Jim Spates

We enjoyed our recent vacation to Myrtle Beach primarily because of the location of the Condo Unit. It was on a very quiet street next to a nature preserve. We had easy access to the beach and pool. We enjoyed Ocean annie's and the live entertainment. Everything was clean and well kept. It was very relaxing. We spent many evenings on the lanai just watching the birds. Thank you for a terrific stay.

Great location. Very comfortable, home feel in the Lynch's condo. Great outdoor patio area to have coffee and watch the sunrise. Whether its the poolside or the beach you enjoy, they are both right there. Great bar/restaurant across the street. No complaints..only compliments!

Always head out early to the Beach. You'll always have the same spot! Convienient location for both beach and pooland pretty much not far from all other forms of entertainment! There was never a dull moment! Even people watching was fun! The condo was cozy and everything you needed was there. Perfect place for family and friends! I wish I could rent it more often!

We had a great time at the Condo. From the second we walk in we felt at home. The kids loved the fact they had there own room and didn't have to share a bed and there own bathroom. The masterbedroom was very comfortable. The living room was nice and spacious. The kitchen was easy to find all the things you need to cook. But you don't have to cook if you don't want to. There are plenty of options for in the area. My kids loved the fact that we only had to walk across the street to be at the beach. We also loved the fact that we were near most attractions. My wife and I really enjoyed just sitting on the porch and sharing a bottle of wine. When the kids were in bed. We can't wait to go .

Searching the web for the perfect winter get-a-way for 5 months can be daunting. And we did search. Many owners would not return our calls or emails. Once we found Mariners Cove we made calls to the Lynchs' regarding their property. Every one of our calls & emails with pertinent questions were answered, so needless to say we were comfortable in booking something over the internet. Of course you have photos to look at, but does it really represent the place?
When we finally arrived and opened the door, it exceeded our expectations! Exactly as it was pictured, a quiet retreat, off the beaten path a little but close to everything! Biking, walking or just relaxing on the beach reading a book, this is the place to be! The Lynchs' really cared that our stay was what we expected it to be... -

I stayed in Mariners Cove with my family in July 2008. I have always loved Myrtle Beach because of all the golf down there and have been down there with the guys at least 10 times. This was a family vacation so the location of the condo couldn't have been better. It is right across the street from the ocean. After spending the day at the beach, after a quick walk across the street you can hop in the shower, clean up, and start the next part of your day.
Brian was a pleasure to deal with and made sure everything was perfect. For the price, I don't think you can find a better value. I have recommended the place to numerous friends and will certainly be back there again myself. -

We had a great time. Accomodations were the best we have ever experienced. Had everything and were particularly pleasantly surprised at the location. About 65 steps from the water which we both loved. My wife was especially surprised at how little I had payed for what we received. Plenty to do if we chose to and plenty of r&r; if we wanted that as well. Check in check out smooth and trouble free. Thank you Brian and Debbie for making it that way. I would and in fact already have recommended this condo to some family and friends. I will also be in touch for next winter as soon as my plans are in place. Thanks again Brian.

renovations being done up stairs very anoying 6 am til 9pm asome days .no elevator that is a priority ( wife is handicaped ) neibours not the friendlyiest Complained about sign I put out for delivery of wifes new wheelchair to direct delivery man . Most people didnt even answer to good morning.

Our living furniture is 3 years old, please let me know what it was that made you feel it was old, and needs replacement.
At no time did we indicate that we had an elevator. I wish you had indicated that to us initially if that was important. We are on the first floor.
I did not know about any renovations upstairs, nor can I control periodic improvements to other condo's.
I have never had a comment regarding poor lighting, but I will look into it ASAP. I know that now that I have hit the "BIG 50" my eyes sometimes play tricks on me.......
When I called to check on how your stay was, I do not recall you mentioning any issues at all. If you had we would have done our very best to assist with any issues.
