This one bedroom lay...out is perfect for small groups and families. Two queen beds and a pull out couch allow for comfortable accommodations for 4-6 people (up to 4 adults. Price includes taxes and cleaning fees.

You won’t find a better deal on oceanfront accomodations in all of Myrtle Beach. The complex is just minutes from all the best attractions, shopping, restaurants, and golf courses. Includes covered parking, linens, indoor and outdoor pool and spa on premises. We love animals too but unfortunately...no pets allowed. No need to worry about parking. Your rental includes a parking pass to a private parking garage.

NOTES:

We are not members of the onsite rental management program. You will pick-up your key and parking pass from an offsite management company.

During Peak season only standard rental week reservations (Saturday to Saturday) are accepted. A minimum stay of three nights is required all year round. All rental fee balances must be paid in full 14 days prior to arrival or your reservation may be cancelled. In these cases, your deposit will be refunded minus a $50 reservation and administration fee.

We prefer Paypal but are happy to accept your check or money order for reservations made in advance. We must receive your full payment no later than 14 days prior to your check in. We cannot issue check-in instructions until we have received your payment and your check has cleared. There is a $50 fee for all returned checks. We will hold your reservation with a $50 non-refundable deposit. We also require a $100 fully refundable security deposit.

Our rental week is Saturday to Saturday during June, July and August. Nightly and weekend rentals available other times of the year with a minimum of a three night stay required. Longer term winter rentals also available. Please contact us for more information. The actual rate quoted may be somewhat higher for holiday periods.

  Great vacation, great views, nice room, motel pools awesome, awesome lawn with chairs beachfront. Staff is friendly and owner was helpful and responded immediately to all needs. Cant wait to go back this fall and next spring or summer.

  We had a great time! Our room wasn't super fancy but it was very clean and really comfortable, it had everything that we needed and was perfect for our family. The location was great, right on the beach. They also have 2 pools that the kids loved. We really enjoyed waking up in the morning and taking a walk on the beach. It was so relaxing to sit on the balcony and look out over the ocean. I dealt directly with the owners who were great, very easy to deal with. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be staying there again next year.
