This condominium is your home base for the perfect vacation! Fantastic ocean view from the balcony! The beach is just steps away. Large party? We have a condo next door with similar amenities. We completely renovated this 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in 2010 with cheery beach colors, new furniture, new flooring, large walk-in tiled shower in the master bath, and new kitchen appliances. The condo features 3 flat screen TVs and 2 DVD players. The balcony has 2 balcony-height tables and 4 chairs for relaxing or dining. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. Sleeps 6 with a queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 single beds in the s...econd bedroom, and queen size pull out sofa in the living area.The building has an indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, and exercise room. The grounds include a lazy river water park, 5 pools, tennis and basketball courts, and playground in the resort (all included in the rental rate – no additional charge!).

Everything has been completely remodeled. We updated the floor plan enlarging the bedrooms, installed laminated hardwood floors throughout and ceramic tile in both baths. The Master bath features a large ceramic tile shower. We have installed crown molding and new doors, and freshly painted the entire condo. We have extra storage space for winter (Dec-March) renters.

The kitchen has full size stove with double over, side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher and microwave. It's equipped with a host of small appliances, dishes, utensils, pots and pans. The unit is brightly decorated to inspire a beach cottage atmosphere. Everything you might need is furnished.

We have owned in the resort for 15 years and have a majority repeat guest list. References gladly furnished if desired.

  This is a very clean, updated condo that looks exactly like the pictures (we have stayed some places where the pictures are much nicer than the real thing). The owner is so very nice and answered all my questions quickly. She even gave us extra info about places to eat and things to do. The beach and pools/lazy river are a very short walk (and we had 2 small kids with us-so I am not kidding when I say it was a short walk). The pools are nice and you are even allowed to bring drinks/snacks with you. They even have an indoor pool as well. Our family included my husband and our two young children and this condo was perfect!! The kids loved the balcony and sitting outside to eat.
