We had a wonderful stay 4th of July week! Perfect location in proximity to the beach and a short drive to boardwalk and tourist areas. We had a great time and plan on staying again! Kim was very quick to help when we had a minor issue and made sure our stay was wonderful. We would highly recommend!

My wife and me, along with our two small dogs, stayed at this condo at the end of april, 2012. The condo was clean and very cozy and our dogs even loved it too. The pool area was well maintained and the water was crystal clear. We will definitely be back again as this is our go to spot in Myrtle Beach.

We just returned from a week's stay at Dry Dock 201. We There were 7 of us in our party and we all had a wonderful time. The condo slept all 7 of us comfortably, (2 in each bedroom upstairs and 3 in the pull-outs downstairs). The 2-1/2 baths accommodated all of us easily. The condo was very tastefully decorated and it was clean as a whistle when we arrived.
The location can't be beat - it was literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. (The owners had beach toys and chairs for use by guests - which was a wonderful bonus. There was also a convenient shower/hose by the pool out back to rinse off any residual sand.)
The kitchen was lovely. We went on a fishing excursion one day and had our fish cleaned and filleted before we left the dock. The kitchen was very well stocked so we were able to prepare our catch for dinner!

My husband and I highly enjoyed our stay in Myrtle Beach at Kim's condo!! We had an excellent stay and Kim was very prompt and helpful with any questions we had. We also took our dog, a German Shepherd, with us and had no problems. The return of our security deposit was quick as well. We would definitely recommend this condo!! Thanks Kim!

This condo was more than I expected, so close to the beach we walked to and when it was too hot we used the private pool in the back. Clean and very European with all items needed for a great week. Loved the 4 balonies, Largest Rooms in a condo I have ever stayed at. Huge bedrooms with each having a tv and private baths, so we had desired privacy from others when needed. Wish I could stay for the winter.

My family and I vacationed at this condo and were pleasantly surprised to find that it is only a skip away from the beach front. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable with updated decor. We enjoyed it so much that we have already booked another vacation in the same unit!
