The condo has been updated, freshly painted, and new TV's not to mention a fully stocked kitchen, FREE Wi-Fi and long distance phone service included. This Pelicans Landing condo is a second row with a great view of the pool as you sit on the balcony and sip your favorite beverage. Directly across the street from the blue Atlantic and sandy shore is a bonus. The buildings offer elevator service and all condos are equipped with a washer and dryer. You can enjoy swimming in either the beautiful beachfront pool or the courtyard pool and there is a playground for the kids. The condo itself was filthy, everything was washed floors tables, etc before they were usuable. Didn't get into condo until almost 6, although check in is between 3-5. The overall property was nice though. And maitenance was great. Pool was nice and location was great! We had a great time.

This unit was very clean and well equipped. Very spacious and loved the fact that the bedrooms were spread out and not right on top of one another
