Vacation experience was great overall. General condition of rental was 'old' but clean. There were however many small maintenance items that have obviously been neglected (i.e., screws missing, blinds broken, sliding door lock broken, several light bulbs burned out, etc.) These items were identified in an e-mail I sent to MB Vacations upon my arrival. Having been asked to sign and take responsibility for the condition of the unit, I certainly did not expect to see all these minor maintenence deficiencies and take no responsibility for them. All else was fine, linens clean, bedding comfortable and appliances, what we used, were all in good working order.
