There were not good instruction on how to get to the office, no pass for pool, we had to call for it, no instruction on what to do with the laundry, had to call again, we will be back but hope not to use this company again. Also there is no Greenbora in PA, this just shows this company has no skills in doing the details.

We were unable to get into condo until 5:50. We had to wait out in heat until room cleaned. Check in was 3 and when we called we were told fine print said 3 to 5. Cleaning team didn't show up until 5:20. We were very upset! Agency said would refund our cleaning fee.We have stayed at Summertree for 20 years and love the place. This is first time anything negative has ever happened. We will stay there again. Great place for children.
